Elevator was out of service. Husband has mobility issues. If I had known the elevator was out of service I would have booked another place. They did carry or luggage up to our room but our room was actually moved to the second floor so he would not have to take more stairs than nessary. I truly wish they would have formed us before we came that the elevator was out of service.

The room smell little bad and looks good like old fashion

We stay here often. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is not a fancy place but everything you need at a reasonable price.

Check in easy. Natalia is very nice It’s a small boutique hotel. No crazy party Great for a relaxing stay. Watch people from the balcony. Walking and cruise boats coming and going. Place has everything you need. Hot water. 2 pools both are clean. A restaurant down below seperate from the hotel. Great location. On Main Street no taxi needed.

Solo llegué a dormir y cumplió, ventaja hay un seven justo abajo, como sugerencia mayor señalizacion para el acceso ya que el lobu esta en piso uno y la entrada esta confusa

Esta regular ...un poco de humedad en las habitaciones, no hay tele por cable, no hay agua caliente. La atención a nuestr llegada por parte de la a recepcionista fue muy mala y agresiva

Amazing hotel with the nicest staff ever. I emailed them prior to coming if they can hook me up with champagne, flowers and candles to propose to my girlfriend and they made it happen big time. They recommended doing it at sunset with our ocean view room and it surpassed all expectations. 10/10 recommend to all who travel to cozumel.

The Hotel was located in a awesome area for everything you want to do and all that you may need. The cruise ships ans sunsets were epic and so many options for food. We were delivered at our requsted time Coffee and pastries every day of our stay on the island. We would stay again and refer family and friends. Thank you

Los controles de la televisión no sirven. El ruido en habitación con vista al mar es insoportable por la noche, hay un antro que pone la música en un volumen insoportable y no se acaba hasta ya muy tarde 1 am. También el ruido de las motos y autos que circulan en la avenida es muy alto y constante. NO SE PUEDE DORMIR
