Not really a 5 star hotel. More like a 3 star. Not a great location. Poorly run

This is NOT A 5 Start Hotel I give this hotel a 3 Start and I travel a lot in Europe and the Caribbean Breakfast was bad I recommended to eat breakfast out side the hotel the rooms need to be updated the towels were very old

The A/C in the room was not working, and the staff the hotel were not informed anything. I am not recommended this hotel.

Great location, quiet area, three stops away from the centre by Metro. Direct line from the airport as well. Hotel is nice and clean, lovely staff. The only thing, we didn’t like it was a breakfast venue, some strange underground hall with no windows. Breakfast itself was ok. Apart from that, great place to stay.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 5 star. The rooms are outdated, the AC is not very functional and there were ants in the bathroom. The breakfast is OK, but it's unfortunate that it is in a convential hall when they have nicer dining areas in the hotel.

Great room and friendly staff. Hotel in a nice quiet area out of the main centre. 5 minute walk to a metro station. Unfortunately during our stay the spa and hot tub were closed for refurbishment and the gym also needs some attention.

Um bom hotel, mas existem maneiras de melhorar. Sala do café da manhã pequena pro hotel, tendo que ficar em filas. O vidro do banheiro poderia ser maior, pois no banho o banheiro acaba ficando bem molhado. No mais, algumas modernizações seriam ideais para uma nota maior. Porém é um bom hotel, dependendo do valor que tiver a diária, ficaria novamente.

Hotel com muito boas instalações: quarto amplo e clean, banheiro, camas, iluminação, roupas de cama e internet. Bem localizado dependendo de uma pequena caminhada para ter acesso ao metrô, comércio (El Corte Inglês, Supermercado Pingo Doce e Pizzaria) e restaurantes. Como ponto negativo foi o elevador social parado durante nossa estadia no hotel, obrigando os hóspedes a utilizar a escada interna. O atendimento precisa ser mais receptivo e flexível diante das situações dos clientes, pois é inadmissível fazer o cliente esperar, deitado nos sofás da sala contígua à recepção porque só pode liberar o quarto às 15:00 h. Com boa vontade, acredito que essas situações podem ser resolvidas à contento.

We - two adults and three teenagers - loved this hotel, where we stayed for three nights. Great location - very close to a metro station where both the "red line" (from the Airport) and the "blue line" (going downtown) stopped. Very nice, quiet and elegant neighborhood, with pleasant restaurants and a superb huge shopping center just across the street. Super friendly and nice staff - the reception very helpful and the breakfast staff were great too. Spacious rooms and overall very fresh and orderly. We would love to come back.

Hotel bonito, bem localizado. Pessoas muito atenciosas e simpáticas no atendimento, em todos os espaços. Ficamos numa suíte magnífica, lençóis maravilhosos. Café da manhã delicioso e farto. Não há retoques a serem feitos. Recomendo aos viajantes que gostam de conforto e de se sentir em casa na sua estadia. Voltarei com certeza.

Disappointing Experience – Not a 5-Star Hotel by Any Means This hotel may have been considered five-star in the past, but unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. From the moment we arrived, the room key cards were a constant issue. They repeatedly stopped working, and each time we had to return to reception to have them reactivated—often waiting in long queues just to access our own room. This quickly became frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed calibre. While the hotel advertises several beautiful restaurants and bars, they were all closed during breakfast hours. Instead, breakfast was served in a dull, uninviting conference room with poor lighting and zero atmosphere. Even worse, there was no fresh coffee—only a machine with powdered milk. I’ve been to Lisbon many times and have stayed in both four and five-star hotels, and I’ve never experienced breakfast of such low quality. As seen in my photos, the room itself was also disappointing—stained carpets, an unpleasant view, and a high level of street noise that made it difficult to rest. To top it off, we noticed a bag of leftover Uber Eats food sitting outside a room in the hallway for two full days, creating a bad smell throughout the floor. Overall, this hotel was a major letdown. Save your money and look elsewhere—you can find much better value and service elsewhere in Lisbon!

Muito conforto, local excelente, silencioso e perto dos pontos mais importantes.

Rooms were very outdated and dirty. Carpet had stains all over it. Bathroom toilet was not cleaned well when we checked in. They charged you for making the nespresso coffee in the room. I stayed 4 nights and they only provided me with one bottle of water. The only good thing is the location of the hotel.
