Hot tub was much below expectation. Everything else was good.

We enjoyed our two night stay. Our room was clean, the staff went above and beyond , and parking was great. We did not use the kitchen besides the refrigerator.

Had a nice clean room. Staff was friendly and thorough, and airport shuttle was on time and a smooth trip. Did not get to have breakfast as our flight left too early.

Front desk staff was courteous, room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, and appreciated especially the amenities in room such as fridge and microwave. The best feature of the hotel is the 24 hour airport shuttle. The indoor pool was good but the hot tub was out of order and the pool bathroom was very dirty. There was also excessive noise in the hallway due to unruly guests.

Great experience the room we booked had an issue with the air conditioning leaking onto the floor they immediately changed our room plus an upgrade .Great staff and the maintenance guy was so friendly and informative. Thanks for the accommodations

Elevators, to the hallways and room had a very unpleasant smell. Couldn’t breathe in the elevators. AC was so loud- couldn’t sleep at all. Shower faucet gave extreme hot water- was very difficult to take a shower. Horrible stay- wouldn’t recommend.

Only problem with this hotel was the airport shuttle doesn’t run on regular scheduled intervals. It works on a booking basis. It’s when I needed to go to the airport. I was told I had to wait an hour and a half. Ridiculous. So I had to take an Uber instead and spend another Canadian dollars 40. When I told the staff I needed to get to the airport, they could’ve cared less.

Parking was good, the room was clean, and the hotel was easy to access. The property itself wasn't the issue. One frustration was that I had to search multiple floors in both the Sandman and Sandman Signature buildings before finding a single working drink machine. It shouldn't be that difficult to buy a drink at a hotel. My bigger concern was the lack of supervision during a volleyball tournament weekend. Children were throwing ice, screaming in hallways, fighting and roughhousing in elevators, and repeatedly holding elevator doors open. Other guests were visibly frustrated as well. I understand sports teams bring business to hotels, but paying guests should not have to deal with that level of disruption. If parents and chaperones aren't managing team behaviour, the hotel needs to step in and enforce standards. For $255 per night, I expected a comfortable stay. Instead, I spent the weekend dealing with disturbances that should never have been allowed to continue. The hotel has a responsibility to ensure all guests can enjoy their stay, and on this visit, that simply didn't happen.
