This is an excellent hotel in a great location. Check in was easy, the room was really clean and the parking was very convenient and easy to access.

Ruime, moderne kamers. Aardig personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet waar goed met allergieën rekening wordt gehouden. In de buurt van allerlei handige voorzieningen.

Det var en blandet oplevelse af personalet. Følte lidt det var attituden af man bare skulle “overståes” og da vi kom med en feedback/klage over hvordan vi modtog værelset skete der ikke noget . Samtidig en anden dag da vi skulle bruge et ekstra håndklæde var der hurtig service ..

This was a very short stay for a family funeral. We turned up early to change and leave our bags at the hotel. The reception checked and said we could go to a room that was already prepared. Fantastic service as meant a quick shower as well before heading out. Great view of the bridges and a nice bar to have a drink at the end of the day

Great hotel. Breakfast was a little cold unfortunately

Parking was easy and is based underneath the hotel and has EV chargers including a BP pulse charger. The rooms were of a good standard with plenty of space although the shower had somewhat “rubic cube’ qualities but once on had a good water pressure. Great views from the bar area based on the ground floor. I was surprised that that there was no roof top / upper floor cocktail bar to make the most of the iconic views across the city and the river - a missed opportunity. The buffet breakfast was good value and constantly topped up - served until 11am - check out at 12. The location is really convenient and is only a 10min stroll to the quayside bars and restaurants. Will definitely return.

Good location and room Service at reception was excellent

Room was clean. Parking very convenient. Ideally placed for Gateshead Glasshouse (the Sage) and to walk into Newcastle City centre. Didn't have breakfast there.
