The staff is amazing and the hotel rooms are spacious , clean and very comfortable. We experienced the country blackout event during our stay and the staff was very supporting and safe at all times !! Parking is very convenient. Highly recommended. We were 3 couples in 3 rooms and 1 senior couple and accessibility was provided

The hotel was in an excellent location, moments from the Moroccan market & the Cathedral. There were lots of bars & restaurants close by. Our room overlooked a courtyard towards the rear of the hotel & was very quiet The bed was very hard which meant that I did not sleep very well. Welcoming staff, decent breakfast. There were no tea & coffee.making facilities in the room, though there was a minibar. It was my birthday while we were there & they delivered a plate of fruit to our room. I would rate this hotel as a good 3.5*, not a 4*.

The hotel's location is excellent. All major tourist sites are within walking distance.

It has a palatial feel. Everything's marble and ornate. It's conveniently located in the center of the city, and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It's close to many of the top attractions, but it's quiet. Getting to the parking garage is an adventure; you really have to follow their detailed instructions to have any hope of getting there. Rooms are quiet and well appointed, staff are friendly and all speak good English.

Bra centralt boende i Granada! Ganska lyhört och mycket väsen utifrån under natten. Tyvärr ingen AC, så man hade kunnat ha fönster stängda. Bra frukost! Bra med eget garage, men dyrt.

O Sercotel, sempre é o primeiro que busco, localização excelente, instalações, conforto, limpeza e café da manhã top!

It was very well located and the staff was very nice. Didn’t like the AC didn’t work and the room had a weird smell, there were humidity stains in the bathroom… we were so tired we slept like that

The hotel is in an excellent location and the rooms, the staff and breakfast are excellent, as is the service and tapas in the bar in the evenings; however it gets very loud and rowdy at night with crowds of (probably students) making their way home between 11.00 pm and 4.30 am!!! The windows of the hotel do nothing to keep the noise out. So, if you don’t have earplugs, watch out!

El hotel es muy bonito, confortable y muy céntrico, a escasos minutos del centro y de las paradas de autobús hacia los principales lugares turísticos. Muchas opciones para comer en los alrededores. Habitación cómoda, amplia, limpia y bien equipada con frigorífico y caja fuerte. Mobiliario en muy buen estado. El personal de recepción y del restaurante son muy amables. Bufé de desayuno muy completo. Opción más que recomendable para visitar Granada

Zentrales Hotel in sehr schönem gepflegten traditionellen Stil. Gutes Frühstück in ruhiger Atmosphäre.Leider ist die Anfahrt schwer zu finden und Parken ist ein Abenteuer auch wegen der Seewege engen Parkhäuser und schmalen Gassen.
