The hot tub is beautiful

Well taken care of property, in the perfect location. We loved our cozy condo and definitely would come back for anither stay!

Staff, service were amazing. Properties need repairs and renovation for sure, sauna needs renovation badly and hot tub area as well. Location is great, views are amazing, which covers all disadvantages Rooms need repairs and especially washrooms

Matters and pillows of the property need to be replace as they were very uncomfortable

train noisy (horn) all night long. Couldn't sleep well. Parking area is so confusing. People parking every where... better to have a reserved spot for each apartment. all Staff was really polite!! Thanks you!

Broken outlets, oven didn’t work, dog barking all day and night beside our unit.

Big unit nice amenities but bottom floor units can hear the top walking so not the best.

I got an infection from the hot tub, when I attempted to discuss this with the staff, they were dismissive and uncaring. The rooms are run down now, our door stuck and was hard to open, the screen was out of the front window. They sent maintenance when asked but he was there less than 5 minutes and didn't fix either issue. They don't enforce their no alcohol rule in the hot tub, so you have to contend with alcohol induced idiocy when just trying to relax. Overall, we've stayed at this resort at least once a year for the past five years, often we've stayed twice, but we'll be long break from them going forward.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Don’t get me wrong! Views were spectacular, bed was clean! We had a 3 bed condo. It did the job. But for the amt of money you think it would be in better shape. It’s very out dated, we had a lot of dust, grime, cob webs. My daughter cut her foot as she went to walked around side of bed and the vents were not secure properly and it just came right off. Hot tub views “check” the condition of hot tub, terrible. Needs repair asap. Front desk staff were amazing.

Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the town and the pool and hot tub Have an amazing view.

We come here all the time and usually have a better experience, we’re a bit let down with this time. We come from far so we usually only stay a night, we have our routine. We like to go to the hot tub in the morning, we went about the night as usually and woke up to go to the pool and it was shutdown for 3 hours due to trimming a tree nearby, it just hurts because we spend a lot of money to get here and it just sucks because we will have to be checked out at 11am by the time it’s good I feel like any work needing to be done should be between 11-4 ( after checkout ) (before new check ins ) As a 1 day goer. This one really hurt us
