立地はよかったですが、部屋にゴキブリが出ました またランドリーの乾燥機がほとんど故障中で1台しか使えず、利用時間も限られているので大変でした ホテルのステーキレストランで夕飯を食べたかったのですが、ブュッフェしか提供しておらず残念でした

Great location, good price.

The room was nice and clean- no fridge or microwave in the room- have to pay a daily use rate for a microwave. The pool was small! Many people drinking beers by the pool and very loud for a small area. The buffet restaurant is expensive! The cafe/grill restaurant- staff were rude and would not give us table even though some were clean and open. We walked to the next hotel and ate there! Very nice place to eat.

Older hotel but clean and renovated rooms. Was very quiet and nice harbor view.

Great service and room. Easy parking and great restaurant.

The facility was a bit old. There were about 7-8 small cockroaches in the room.

First stayed at this hotel over 20years ago. As was the case then location is still beautiful over looking Hilo bay and next to magnificent gardens. Dined in the cafe on Saturday and Sunday nights as the restaurant only offered a rather expensive buffet. Hotel is showing its age in some respects but is still a nice place to stay.

This hotel is very conveniently located on Banyan Drive in Hilo. Staff was friendly. WSW Steakhouse had amazing food and staff and is right onsite. There is also a more casual restaurant that had friendly staff and a smaller menu. Beautiful location but loud locals out until late at night blasting music was kind of a downer. Hotel is a bit rundown but overall a good value for the price and the location.

Loved my stay at Hilo Hawaiian! The room was roomy and clean. Staff were great and helpful. I would stay here again!

hotel was clean. towel bar fell off wall when touched. So did the tp holder. shower contol handle alsofell off.

Great property, great location but very dated

My room was next to some kind of a motor that came on in the middle of the night. If I was asleep it didn't wake me up but if I was awake I heard it.

Rooms were outdated and dirty. Housekeeping was very limited . Continental breakfast was terrible and only provided if you asked for it . Some of the staff was nice and some were miserable.

It’s at a great location, very nice views of the ocean, and adjacent to nice open parks. However the air conditioning drips water makes the floor bit wet.

Upon arrival the staff was a little resistant to accommodate my guest l brought along with me. My mother was planning on her 60th birthday to be a luxurious one. She has severe anxiety. The women seemed very unwelcoming when she asked for a room change. Other than that our stay ended up gorgeous 😍 eventually they sent people up to help and accommodate us. I would use a travel guide to make arrangements next time for sure!

Good ocean view

I told front desk at check in I was disab to ed with a cardiac condition and she put on the 2nd floor on z dirty shabby room with only stair access, no king bed as advertised as bed advertised and old linens with holes in carpet. Awful.
