Beautiful grounds and castle. Really cool experience to stay in a castle that has so much history on long island. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and an awesome restaurant/bar.

What stood out was Denis, who checked us in on our first night. He gave us such a warm, friendly welcome that it made us feel truly appreciated—something we especially needed after a long day of travel on that cold, rainy night. Having stayed here nearly a decade ago, his kindness made it feel as though we were returning home.

Clean room , pleasant staff and a beautiful location

I liked my bathroom but there is no light stopping shade on the window,you can’t sleep when it’s morning.The window could use a nice curtain maybe to be used as sun cover. The guest were too noisy,was screaming until late at night,way past after midnight,nobody warned them. Ther is no coffee machine in the rooms that’s a big no.. other than that it was a beautiful historic place. But the amount of money we paid nightly we at least deserved a coffee machine in the room and maybe a mini fridge. Thanx

This is a beautiful place but the hotel guest experience is just so so. It’s clear the weddings are their main priority and hotel guests are just accommodated

Nothing to not like about this gem

I had the most memorable experience during my anniversary celebration, everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, Mikey the valet was incredibly helpful and check in was smooth at front desk. I mixed-up my dinner reservation, but Johnny made sure we were well taken care of. Mike provided outstanding service during our dinner at the restaurant, and Dennis at the front desk gave us excellent local recommendations. Truly a fantastic stay!

Es war ein historisches Erlebnis. Das Castle ist in gutem Zustand und hat eine sehr lange Geschichte, welche uns in einer 1.5 stündigen Tour erläutert wurde. Service hervorragend und freundlich.

The air conditioning did not work at all in my room. I spent the night sweating terribly.
