This hotel is under renovation/construction. Wires were hanging from the ceiling, the pool is closed, and chunks of the outside wall are missing. The breakfast is also modified since they don’t have kitchen facilities. Construction starts at 7 am and continues to 7 pm. You have to maneuver around the construction areas including the main lobby. The first thing the receptionist said was that we could try to ask for a refund if we didn’t want to stay there, but no guarantees since it was a third party booking. I would not go back until construction is complete.

Renovations taking place, caused no issues. The room was newly renovated and nice. Breakfast was great.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is under construction and a total mess to walk through. Drywall dust all over, floors walls and elevator. The work is loud with power tools and hammering. The staff was not helpful. This should be closed down until the entrance way and lobby are finished!

Room was nice. Noisy Cement truck outside our window @ 5am was not cool!

The main thing was the hotel was being remodeled so the pool was closed which was a bummer- I would have gone to another hotel if I knew that. The room was nice but I can tell it was just finished. There was no extra bedding for the couch bed (which we were able to get from the front) we had to get extra toilet paper as we ran out right away. And the microwave wasn’t plugged it- we had to move it to plug it in. It will be a nice hotel when the remodel is done, but it would have been nice to have a discount for the inconvenience. The breakfast was great.

06/08/25 This property is being renovated. I wish I had known that before booking here. Fortunately, the construction noise & mess is limited to 8:00am - 7:00pm. The renovated rooms are nice, the Mexican food restaurant next door is pretty good but the free breakfast is just okay. From the outside the hotel looks like it’s in a war zone. Really. I have stayed at this hotel before and thought it was pretty good for Roswell, NM. I may give it another try once the renovation is completed.

Our room was very clean and neat!! They only have only a half roll of toilet paper for 4 ladies and no cleanex.. The parking lot was a bit complicated because of the construction going on...

This hotel is under construction. No amenities not even ice. This was not specified in the description when booking. The construction banging, no pool, no gym, no ice machine. Very disappointed and sort of angry about it. Could have stayed across the street.

Staff were great. The location is convienent to sites. Breakfast was good. There were minor cosmetic things in the room that could be fixed. That isn't something we consider a concern, but I know some are picky. The area for this hotel seemed a bit safer than some of the other hotels around. There seemed to be a lot of shady characters in town looking for opportunity. I didn't feel unsafe here. Like always, mind your situational awareness.

Easy to find

No local TV, poor TV controller, not enough toilet paper, staff new and not fully prepared but efforts to be responsive. Room fresh and clean.

Great area and very nice hotel. friendly staff. I have stayed here many times only had one problem at all the times and the manager called me the next day and apologized and said that next time in to ask for her.

Jose at the front desk was amazing. he helped with with my issues.

Room is outdated and horrible restroom

I didn’t like this hotel. It was dated. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling. The elevator was down so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. We’re elderly. The room needed some repairs. I understand that they are renovating the top floor. So I imagine we’ll hear the construction crew in the morning. We usually stay at Hampton Inns but this one was a disappointment.

The building has been out of power for 3 days. We had to find another hotel after 8 hours in the car. I received no notice of this dilemma.
