The pictures are NOT AT ALL what the room looks like. Our first night there we were put into a room with no running water, bugs everywhere, i was livid and extremely upset being in a foreign country away from home in a room that clearly did not match the pictures. It took 4 hours of me complaining to expedia and to the hotel to get moved to a room with liveable conditions.
They also conveniently lost our reservation stating it was an all inclusive stay so we had to shell out an EXTRA 640 usd to gain access to the food and drinks we already paid for.
The resort has nothing really to do besides drink and eat. You're kind of just shoved in a corner of the hotel zone. If we come back to cancun, we will be looking else where to stay.
Aside from this, i will say the kitchen staff were extremely polite and gracious people. I appreciated their service. Which is why i gave it an extra star.
Overall if you book this place prepare to be disappointed, ive stayed at less than ideal properties before many times. This was the grossest.
The amount we ended up spending on buying the all inclusive option AGAIN. We could have gotten a nicer, more comfortable stay at another resort.
