Friendly staff, and clean renovated lobby

This HIE had the best breakfast of any in past we stayed at. The room was okay, bit noisy from upper level. The bathroom fan goes on with light, wished they had outlet with night lites

Quiet, clean and comfortable.

The hotel was being renovated and the elevator was undergoing maintenance part of the time.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and had many tasty options. We would definitely stay there again!

TV didn’t work, but the front desk lady got a couple of channels to watch. She was very pleasant and apologetic and reprogrammed it twice. Hotel is new, wonderful and very comfortable.

Holiday Inn Express has the most comfortable beds.

I travel from Arkansas to British Columbia Canada every summer and always stop at this hotel and it is always great

Notification of pool area under construction wasn't sent until after reservation was made. Pictures of hotel property outside on website are not the actual property. It is an old building that is being remodeled. Room was remodeled so that was a plus considering they are charging over $200 night at this property.

The room was nice but the tub and desk area were not that clean.

Stay was nice. Only problem was there was a bunch of women’s hair stuck to she shower wall and that grossed me out a bit.

There was nothing within the listing that advised that property was under construction and pool was not accessible. I try and stay at holiday inn and pay the higher price for quality and know it’s worth it. This room was higher priced and clearly under construction. There was boxes through property just laying on the floor and around the doors to the rooms and construction/drilling was being done outside our room while we were trying to sleep and housekeeping was trying to come into room around 8am while we were still sleeping. It seems when you book 3rd party they don’t care about complaints because nothing can be done to reimburse or reduce rate when you pay 3rd party but they really should make people aware of the construction and no pool when you have a family because we didn’t have any other option but to stay since we already paid in full

it was under construction and had no parking neither of which was communicated until after the reservation

I did not know the hot4el was still under renovation, as my cousin made the reservation. So no pool or hot tub. I had trouble with my door locking, which required 2 service calls and then a room change. The night of Tuesday June 10th, the costs was $303. Not worth the price given the issues and current conditions.
