All the staff was helpful, especially Moadh. Because we were staying for 9 days, they upgraded us to a larger room. They had an issue with the AC in our room but they gave us a fan and was fixed the next day! The room was very clean. We had a great experience with 1K. The only issues we had was that the walls were black and hallways are VERY dark. There was hardly any light! Also our bed was on a platform and you don’t watch yourself, you can trip and fall.

Great location - close to 3 metro stations. Staff is friendly and helpful. A/C not adequate, had to use fan supplied by staff. Bathtub shower needs floormat as tub is very slippery and dangerous. Not enough desktop space and plug-ins for computer workspace.

Very nicely designed and fitted rooms with large comfortable beds. Air conditioning seemed a little inconsistent.

Stayed here for a few nights and overall enjoyed my stay. The rooms are quite large, sheets are clean, and the staff are all very friendly!

Personalet var i top. Fint værelse, dog med en utrolig hård madras i sengen. Creepy elevator, men den virkede, der var bare ingen lys. Super god placering i forhold til metro og spisesteder.

Pour commencer, nous avons commandé sur Hotels.com une chambre vue sur Rue. Donc le prix est différent. Nous sommes d’accord, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une chambre qui donne vue sur cour sans aucune explication, ménage, catastrophique, chaussettes du dernier client, poussières au niveau des carrelages de la salle de labain.

Great location

Great staff, kind, attentive in a centrally located place buzzing with activity. Super cool hotel and rooms, water ran lukewarm for me in the shower and couldn't be adjusted but not a huge deal and perhaps just bad luck during my stay. Would stay again!

Bonjour Tout a été parfait sauf un point où le serveur du bar de la Mezcaleria doit apprendre à écouter les clients et faire d’empathie et service aux clients, au lieu de tenir tête.

La carte de la porte ne fonctionnait pas , mais ils ont trouvé une solution rapidement. Mais le plus gros problème est le petit déjeuner qui est pas terrible 😞

Clean rooms, comfortable bed & pillows, great location walkable to many places, metro line 8, about 600feet from hotel! Coffee in room was good!

Vi havde et "Forstyr ikke"-skilt på døren den ene dag om formiddagen, og rengøringspersonalet kom alligevel ind på trods af det. Vi fik ikke rene håndklæder og toiletpapir en af dagene, selvom vi havde fortalt receptionen at det manglede inden vi gik ud at spise om aftenen. Et spejl var i stykker på badeværelset og generelt var rengøringen dårlig. En pose med indkøb forsvandt fra værelset og det er fuldstændig uacceptabelt. Hotellet er bekendt med min klage. Meget under standard for et 4-stjernet hotel.

The location is pretty good (close to a subway station), but the area does not feel particularly safe at night and is pretty dirty. The hotel itself is very outdated and desperately needs a renovation.
