Very pleasant welcome and surprisingly quiet room for the location, first floor overlooking Lille Fllandres. Would definitely stay again.

Nice enough hotel, limited furniture in the room though. Decent location. Nice view from room. Breakfast balcony is nice. Not too far from Eurostar terminal

Service agréable , emplacement très bon, mais insonorisation des chambres légères, un seul oreiller pas très confortable, et un débit d'eau faible dans la douche. Le petit dej buffet est correct, sans plus.

3 night stay in Lille. Was great value for money. Our room was clean -With kettle / tea / coffee in room. Staff on reception were very friendly & helpful. Could ask for top ups for tea coffee & milk - was no problem. We paid extra for the breakfast which was basic but totally fine & the pastries were plentiful & very fresh -would definitely recommend those! Great view from the breakfast terrace. Hotel is opposite Liile Flandres station & very short walk from Lille Europe. Perfect location to walk around Lille.

Très bon accueil, j'ai dormi à l'arrière du bâtiment, vue pas terrible, mais terriblement calme pour passer une bonne nuit réparatrice. J'ai juste regretté la salle de bain (à la 101), douche non fermée, du coup il y avait de l'eau de partout. Beaucoup de bons restaurants tout autour.

Séjour correct mais très mal dormi. Matelas trop courts et pas confortables du tout, dur, pas de moelleux. Une couette trop chaude, pas de draps plats intermédiaires, qui permettent de s'aérer sans avoir froid. Oreillers inconfortables aussi. Toute la literie est selon moi à changer, surtout pour le prix payé. Plus cher qu'un Ibis mais lits moins confortables... C"est dire! Accueil sympa et gentil, mais je n'y retournerai pas pour le manque de confort des lits.

Petite chambre fonctionnelle. Il ne faut pas être claustrophobe !

The room was small but clean and tidy, we were there as a group of friends and didn't need extras.. Hotel staff were great, and knowlegable about Lille and the location of tourist spots.

Idéalement situé, proche de la gare, cependant j'entendais mon voisin de chambre. Très faible isolation et malgré le radiateur électrique, il faisait froid.

Hotel com excelente localização. Literalmente ao lado da estação de trem e com boas opções de alimentação na mesma quadra do hotel. Fizemos muitos passeios a pé (apesar do frio). Instalações em ótimo estado de conservação, quarto limpo e muito confortável, banheiro espaçoso. Um destaque para o sistema de aquecimento que foi impecável.

Bei den Zimmern zur Straße muss man damit leben das spätestens um 6 Uhr die Putzkolonnen (Müllabfuhr /Straßenreinigung) mit lärmenden Maschinen kommen. Gut wenn man dann sowieso aufstehen wollte. Ansonsten war alles bestens besonders als Bahnreisender ist die Lage nahezu Perfekt. Frühes Früstück ab 6.30 Uhr (Wochenende ab 7.30 Uhr) im 7.Stock mit einfacher aber guter Mischung. Personal stets Freundlich und bemüht (ich kann kein französisch und bin trotzdem mit mäßigem Englisch zurechtgekommen)

Be sure to request a courtyard facing room if you want quiet. Otherwise, feels like sleeping in the street. Other than that, it was all good.

The only thing about the property that was at fault was the noise. It was so noisy outside and the windows did little to help the reduction in noise. We had little to no sleep for 4 nights.

Le personnel est très sympathique, le petit déjeuner est bien, juste à côté à côté de la gare.

部屋は広くはないが、快適に過ごせました。 朝食会場にテラスがあり眺めが良かった。 冷蔵庫が設置されていなかったので、あれば便利だと思いました。
