L'hôtel Chagnot est idéalement situé. Le point de vue pour le petit déjeuner est vraiment très agréable. L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel très attentif.

Hôtel très pratique car proche gare et du vieux Lille. Bonne literie, petit déjeuner terrasse top. Juste l’ascenseur un Peu bruyant si vous êtes à côté.

Excellent location, very convenient for Eurostar. Quiet even though it was very central. Lovely staff. Good information.. We were disappointed that the weather stopped us from having breakfast on the terrace

A very decent little hotel close to the Gare Flandres and 5 mins from the Eurostar station. Small single room, but adequate for my needs. Breakfast bar modern and airy. Nice rooftop terrace overlooking the station square. Hot food at breakfast fairly limited, but good quality and plenty of other choices. Check in quick and efficient. I would stay there again.

Location is excellent opp Main railway station and 5 mins walk from Eurostar Room was on 3rd floor overlooking nothing but other room windows and other properties air con NO Air Con in this room - needed the window open all night which was super noisy and you will need earplugs. Plus open windows brought bugs into our room ... last counts 11 bites (pretty certain this will apply to all the hotels) Twin Room - V tiny .... moved beds apart as much as poss to get between then created issues with bedside light and plug sockets (it is not really a twin ... a double made as a twin). No side table for water / book / phone etc Fabulous Shower! V good Poor hair dryer Quite noisy from 7am onwards Doors bang loudly Recp staff excellent v v v helpful £200 for 3 nights as a 3 star

The hotel was well positioned if you require to be close to the railway network. The staff were really welcoming and very helpful. The room was adequate for our needs, was very well presented and very clean. Plenty of places to eat nearby and just a short walk from the old part of Lille. Only drawback was the street cleaners started very early in the morning, as just outside is quite a large public area. It was the person with the leaf blower that was the worst. It would be far better if he had a broom if I am honest. Chasing general rubbish around with a leaf blower is just so noisy. Lille was a fabulous place to visit and we look forward to returning soon!

Καλη τοποθεσία και πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Καθαρό μρ πολύ ωραίο χώρο για πρωινό στον 7 όροφο. Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό. Το δωμάτιο ικανοποιητικό. Το μόνο πρόβλημα ήταν ότι το δωμάτιο δεν είχε κλιματισμό και οι θερμοκρασίες ήταν υψηλές. Μας έδωσαν φυσικά δυο ανεμιστήρες στο δωμάτιο αλλά όλο το βράδυ έκαναν θόρυβο και όταν τους κλείναμε το δωματιο ζεσταινοταν αμέσως

The room was very small and a squeeze to get into the bathroom door but the bed was comftable, the shower was great, it was all very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was spot on (we came via Eurostar station) which was 10 mins walk

The hotel and rooms are very clean. Everything is in order. The registration desk is manned by competent and friendly people. The location is great: walking distance to both train stations and to the old downtown area. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around.

Great staff welcome to this little gem, rooms are small but perfectly clean and comfortable. Ideal for rail travel through Flanders or Lille Europe. Will definitely return.

Nice clean room which faced the train station. A bit noisy due to the activity at the station. Excellent location. Close to the old city and many restaurants. Excellent breakfast! The only complaint we had was a slight urine smell behind the toilet.

The room was very clean and in the best location, just a couple of minutes from the train station. The only downside was that the bathroom was a bit too small.

Great location within easy walking distance of Eurostar trains and a hop across the road if you want to get other trains, eg Ghent. Staff were really helpful .. left our bags with reception as arrived early and when we came back they had been moved to our rooms! Very friendly staff. Highly recommended for a lovely, value for money hotel.

The hotel is situated directly opposite the train staition and only a 10 minute walk from the internatiomal.train station. Our room faced the front so it was noisy - particularly.in the morning with delivery lorries and roadsweepers etc. Inside the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was no.wardrobe but a small rail with about 4 coat hangers. The shower had showergel and handsoap which were pk. The hairdrier in the bathroom was pretty effective but you had to squeeze the handle to make it work. We did not have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment.

Overall positive experience. Room was clean but small (even by European standards. Hot shower, but drained slowly. Breakfast was excellent, with pride in offering local cheese and meats (with a list of their local farms they source). Perfect location near trains, central square and excellent restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel in a great location close to Metro, Bus and Eurostar connections. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was excellent quality (free for kids). I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Lille.
