Alle super freundlich und bei allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Hotel mit Charme, nicht weit weg vom Zentrum, mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, wenn man das Bussystem durchschaut hat 😉

Sehr freundliches Personal und Service, die Lage ist hervorragend, das Frühstück war gut und umfangreich, der Baulärm in der unmittelbaren Umgebung störte. Unser aktuelles Zimmer bedarf dringend der Renovierung, wie wir es in einem anderen Zimmer bei einem vorherigem Besuch bereits positiv erlebt hatten.

It is quaint, central courtyard; feels historic; family run and friendly. Not for the infirm - lots of stairs.

Es kann sein, dass die Aussicht vom Zimmerfenster in Kurzdistanz zur Mauer endet und den Standart superior nicht verdient. Zimmer sind gut. Schöner Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheit. Gute Anbindung zu Bus und Tram

Lovely to have breakfast in the courtyard.

Property was interesting an old convent I believe but although they mentioned no elevator to rooms they did not mention that there were over 40 steep steps straight off the street to the reception. Carrying heavy suitcases up was awful. Two of us really hurt ourselves.

Location on outskirts of main city centre but close to national museum and several restaurants

Had a choice of booking a Classic or Superior room, the later being advertised as being larger in size with space to relax in. It wasn't until we got there, and questioned the room allocation, that we were told that all rooms, apart from the suites, were the same size. Very disappointed as we paid for a Superior room, but ended up with a room with just about enough room to swing a cat. Would recommend only if you would like a place to return to a sleep only.

Very pleasant stay. An oasis in the middle of the city.

The property is really nice, the rooms were quite large for a European hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Especially the waiter, Mario, took really good care of us during breakfasts. Amazing location as well, very close to public transport and walking distance to some major historic sites.

Small quiet hotel. Old fashioned in a nice way. Kind and helpful staff at the hotel. Clean and well functioning room.
