Excelente en todo habitación servicio Sin duda es mi lugar favorito no de ahora de siempre

I didn’t like it, the room is big , but everything is old, every time i was talking a shower was water everywhere, the shower doesn't have door, is only half glass door, so water is out of the shower, tv is old only cable doesn’t have smart tv, no security , and food is expensive… no chair in the table, and the beds aren’t comfortable

El servicionde recepcion bien y la limpieza del cuarto. Lo malo son las camas, se nota que ya tienen mucho tiempo y estan hundidas en ciertas partes y eso impide el descansar completamente. Otra cosa es la television, ya se ve obsoleta.

It show breakfast included and when we ask they where charging us for Breakfast we left

Good clean room, stayed here many times, the only chance complain would be that the room didn't have any bar soap and hand towel although it was brought to us later after we asked for them

Let me begin by saying that we've stayed at this hotel chain before in Mexico City. This location is nothing like the one we've been at before. The rooms are dirty (curtains, carpets and chairs). We requested to move to a cleaner room upon arrival and the one we got was only a bit better. We had to call the receptionist again for a working remote for the TV and remote and hand soap. Overall, it was a good location and the staff were nice but the rooms need updates. And cleaning.
