There wasn’t any bottle water at the restaurant

L'emplacement est bien, on est pas loin a pied de la plage, des transports et de quelques resto/bar. L'hotel est lui un peu passé (literie et equipements sportifs) meme si les chambres sont propres et pas si mal. Le resto est un self et la qualite est moyenne pour ainsi dire (on est finalement sortie assez souvent pour manger). Le all inclusive donne effectivement acces a des boissons et des encas quand vous le souhaitez. Bref mitigé, ni horrible ni paradisiaque

It was a pleasant stay for us a family in Dec. 24Deg and away from cold was always welcome. Staff is very well behaved and they looked after all of the guests equally well, so full marks to them. Rooms are very basic and does the job who are not too fussy about it ! Overall, the property needs some modernisation and especially the entertainment options for kids are very limited. If you are a vegan or vegetarian then be careful before choosing to stay here as options for veggie people are close to NONE !

Un joli hôtel, plutôt bien située, de manière générale le service y est sérieux. L'endroit est mignon et calme sur la période. Activité, service et boutique intérieur. 🟥 Qualité de la nourriture/boissons à volonté sur formule A I. Buffet "très" anglais. Literie à changer Hôtel un peu viellliessant, à rénové par endroit. Dans l'ensemble séjour très agréable Merci beaucoup ❤️🇪🇸E319

Great location. Staff cheery & helpful. Lots to do nearby. Plenty of variety at mealtimes with fresh fruit & salad plentiful. Stick to the beer & wine poolside - the cocktails are ready mixed & not good.

Excellent staff

We had a lovely holiday at the BlueBay Lanzarote and would recommend it. The staff were really nice and the location was good. There was always plenty of food to choose from and it was nice during our week. We did see some repetition of choice but were able to choose things from the grill which made sure we were well catered for. No sign of any insects which was very good and having been there, we think many of the lower reviews were far too harsh. Thanks to all the team at the BlueBay Lanzarote.

Mein Zimmer war ab Abends sehr laut,das Zimmer lag in 1.OG nebenan war die Hoteldisco ab.20.30 -24.00 Uhr . Sonst war alles okay für ein 3Sterne-Hotel. Würde wieder in das Hotel fahren,aber das Zimmer in einer anderen Ecke der Hotelanlage nehmen.

Worst resort ever. Cockroach is everywhere cleaning staff only do surface cleaning. We have to check out the following day to Radisson blu hotel.

Hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer im dritten Stock. Es war sauber, das Bett bequem. Eine große Couch, die leider nicht zum chillen geeignet war, da einfach die Kissen zum Anlehnen gefehlt haben. Im Badezimmer war der Haken für das Handtuch hinter der Tür (ist eine Kleinigkeit), aber trotzdem halte ich den Platz für ungeschickt. In der Dusche wäre eine Ablage für Duschgel etc. schön gewesen. Wasserdruck und warmes Wasser super. Möblierter Balkon auch toll. Am Pool war es für meinen Geschmack zu voll. Das Essen bot wenig Abwechslung. Fleisch und Fisch fast immer zu lange gebraten. Bei allem darf man natürlich nicht vergessen, dass es nur drei Sterne sind und die Unterkunft für all inklusive noch Recht günstig ist. Das Hotel war gut ausgelastet und voll im englischer Hand.

The hotel itself is ok. No lift but only stairs. The food is horrible. Just ate there one day? Can I get some money back?

Worst all inclusive place I’ve stayed in. Waited ages at reception for someone to come out to check us in to get told strictly can’t have room until 3Pm left our luggage and got changed in the disabled toilets which were dirty Hotel looked tired, not that clesn, food choices very limited all over cooked and not very hot, breakfast was the only decent thing, dining chairs were dirty and not nice to sit on. Drinks were awful. The pool area was packed like sardines, and music so loud you couldn’t relax or concentrate on reading a book, so we went to the beach, The positive we had a nice room at the back of the hotel with sea view which was quite and away from the noise Don’t recommend this place

Always excellent...great staff all around, esp Yazeen, Ana, Alberto....cleaners were amazing, receptionists fabulous, the animation were amazing with great vocals, food was perfect for us

The whole experience at Bluebay Lanzarote is brilliant and polite,A very clean room and surroundings,a great stay we will be back.Food was excellent and the drink was not watered down not like some All -inclusive. Entertainment team were very good, special thanks to all the brilliant staff at Hotel Bluebay Lanzarote
