Great stay

Thermopolis is a quaint little town. The hotel is on the edge of town which is no big deal as it only takes about 10 minutes to drive through the entire town We liked the how clean and spacious the rooms were. I would definitely stay there when we return in.

Staff friendly and helpful. Cleanliness needs improvement. Hair in shower. Stains on carpet and pool cushions.

The rooms were large, I made the mistake of booking the smoking room…since I used this app they said it chooses that option…who still smokes?!? 😕 We did get to move rooms thank goodness, but all our stuff smelled. Breakfast was subpar….staff was very kind and accommodating.

Clean and comfortable, but finding staff must be a real challenge. The three gentlemen I encountered were well past or near retirement age but all very kind and willing to help. I just put that out there as a reminder to those travelers who might want to be a bit short with slow service here. And we visited just a week before the rodeo and real tourist season started.

The beds should have been replaced 10 years ago! Aweful! The TV was none working! Back door was kept open with rocks, no security!

The dryer does not dry.

Rooms were minimal. Holes in sheets, walls falling apart, stains in towels. Bathroom door falling apart, pool area was unkept, breakfast was horrid Staff were outside smoking at front doors more than inside

Dirty, noisy

Light everywhere but over bathroom sink was great! Beds were clean and carpet did not make my feet black when walking barefoot. Slow water pressure and draining in sink and tub. Had to call for help with other toilet flush. Maids VERY noisy in the mornings, worse than the racket made by guests about 1:40 am. Check in S L O W, but staff were nice, just very very slow. It was very low standard for a Wualit Inn, and in desperate need of a facelift! Will not stay again.

Hotel was clean, I was on second floor but there was no elevator, which wasn’t a problem for me but I helped an elderly couple carry their things up to their room.

Everything was ok

Excellent hotel and reasonably priced for today's highly inflated world. Would stay again.

Friendly staff

Was supposed to stay 2 nights but left early due to snow. Staff helped with getting me a refund for 2nd night. Very helpful

I believe there were bed bugs and I notice the multiple bye’s Saturday afternoon. I have called the motel and they are aware of the situation. I would like to get a credit on the booking

Bugs in hot tub and very dirty. Bed had stains on comforter.

Staff was extremely friendly and told us the best places to go in town.
