Todo muy bien. Las instalaciones nos encantaron tanto el apartamento como la zona de la piscina, tenía dos grandes y una pequeña y estaba genial

Es un complejo hotelero muy gande. La recepcion de los apartamentos es horriblemente calida, hace mucho calor. Iban un poco lento porque tienes que hacer el pre registro antes de entrar. Las habitaciones estan bien, aunque les falta un poco de actualizacion. El colchon es comodo, nada del otro mundo. La piscina estña bien, lastima que el bar de la piscina vendan unas bebidas horribles preempacadas y de comer tengan muy pocas opciones, rico el sandwich de jamon y queso. Luego hacen actividades, tienen un tren que te lleva al puerto a tomar el ferry, entre otras actividades ludicas. Tienen un supermercado que te saca de algun apuro. El estacionamiento (parking) es bastante grande pero casi nunca tiene donde aparcar. Hay que llenarse de paciencia y ligar que alguien salga pronto. En lineas generales, el complejo está bien

We had a wonderful stay here as a family for a couple of nights — easily one of the nicest hotel experiences we’ve had. We were kindly upgraded, free of charge, to a spacious apartment-style suite with two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. It made all the difference for us travelling with young children — comfortable, quiet, and very well equipped. The overall atmosphere, service, and setting were excellent, and the hotel felt genuinely welcoming for families. The only downside — and a significant one for us — was the electric vehicle charging situation. Although the hotel advertises two charging points, only one was operational during our stay (something the staff was already aware of), and that one charger was monopolised the entire time by a guest who never moved their vehicle. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t know whose car it was and wasn’t able to assist. This became quite stressful as fast chargers are rare in this remote part of Spain, and we had planned on being able to recharge on site. That said, everything else about our stay was truly exceptional, and we would gladly return — ideally with the EV charging issue resolved.

Encantador

Mi hijo de 4 años se quedó atrapado echando el pestillo en el baño. Los de mantenimiento vinieron muy rápido y lo liberaron en seguida con una palanca. Estaba muy contenta con su rápida actuación hasta que vi en la madera de la puerta las marcas de 7 actuaciones iguales. Es decir, esa pestillera ya estaba dañada y no la habían sustituído, y más personas se habían quedado atrapadas antes que mi hijo.

El apartamento tenia todo lo necesario, su personal super amable, exteriores preciosos. Estuve hace 10 años y sigue siendo igual de bueno.

Sitio perfecto para descansar y desconectar, entorno muy bonito.

Magnifica experiencia en familia

Great resort ideal for golfer and small family. The staff was very welcoming. The buffet is expensive for what it is, i recommand you go eat outside the site if you want a nice supper.

Un sitio precioso, limpio muy cómodo y un sitio para repetir. Atencion excelente. Muy muy recomendable.
