The reason I gave this rating is because the whole reason we went there was for my son's birthday for the pool and hot tub the hot tub was closed and the pool was very dirty

I use this property every time I visit Seattle. Very nice and affordable.

Close to a huge shopping/dining mall

Hotel was great, had trouble getting me checked in and was waiting at desk for 30 to 40 minutes waiting for them to figure out the booking. Pool and hot tub was also closed with no heads up when booking...

Only would have been better if the pool had been open.

It was a nice, comfy room. I was disappointed in the fact that their pool & hot tub was closed for maintenance. I picked this hotel for that reason. None the less, I enjoyed a couple beers at thr bar.

Pool was not clean when we went.

Friendly staff, helped us book shuttle to and from airport. Service was quick and efficient. Location is good for a layover, beds are comfortable. Heating / Cooling worked. Wish the pool was open though.

The hotel and staff were both amazing!! The cookies are such a great touch and are delicious! The pool is small, and thd hot tub was closed during our stay. Otherwise, everything was exceptional

Disappointed by any hotel charging a fee for outside parking in an open lot without security and then warning not to leave anything in your car because it is not safe. ?

It was a nice place just wasn’t the cleanest there was trash under the beds bathroom shower was clogged so the water took forever to go away pool was a bit dirty

Elevators smelled like smoke. Asked for room service and she made the bed but didn’t change the sheets. Hair on countertops and uncomfortable beds.

Staff was very quick and efficient checking in. Was offered fresh baked cookies upon check in. Pool was nice and warm my only disappointment was the hot tub was not working and was roped off.

Great place to stay We stayed for supercross. Quick drive to the stadium, great location. The mall is within walking distance. Hot tub was out of service, otherwise a great stay!
