Malgré notre choix VIP pour ce séjour de 20 nuits, aucun surclassement de chambre ne nous a été offert. Bien situé au coeur de Ponta Delgada, en face du port, l'endroit est idéal pour visiter la ville. Idéal pour les marcheurs. Tous les services sont à proximité. Un bon petit déjeuner est offert avec une bonne variété d'aliments. Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour.

Excellent staff, convenient location

This hotel was perfect. The bed was so comfy and the balcony views were awesome. The breakfast had a huge variety of items to choose from and the quality was 5 star. It was in a perfect location if you don't have a car. Everything in walking distance. Only negative was wifi a bit slow. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Yes good view sauna room was very nice a long with pool and jacuzzi. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Everything about this place was top notch! Great breakfast buffet, wonderful rooms, superior and numerous amenities. What stood out most though was how extremely friendly and polite all the staff were - front desk, bar, restaurant, etc! 10/10 would return.

Carpet is old and pillow is very soft. I woke up with neck pain.

Great location and very nice staff. The breakfast was awesome! We had evening drinks in the bar and there was live music. The bartenders were very fun. Walk into town-great stay!!!!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! They are super friendly and always go above and beyond. Feels almost like you’re in a cruise.

Staff were very friendly. Beautiful size room and always very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We received a free bottle of wine with our stay. We also had to check out before 7:00am, so we were provided breakfast to go. Would definitely stay there again

The room and staff were excellent, as well as the l9cation. The only downside was the traffic and street noise, but its in a city.

Room was great, spacious & comfortable. Excellent location & loved the balcony view- perfect for the sunrise over the water. Breakfast was abundant & tasty.

100% recommend, fantastic service throughout our stay, professional, friendly and caring staff. Clean well serviced rooms with a contemporary finish. Access to gym and pools was included. Lol, outdoor pool can be chilly early November despite the sun :D Car hire company next door (Wayzor) and bookable parking - €7.50 daily. Taxi and tours can be booked via front desk. Buffet breakfast, hotel bar and restaurant options. Thank you for a great stay.
