The property is beautiful, staff is kind and helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioning unit that didn’t work the first night, but the staff tried to help and gave us a standing unit for the night.

This property is absolutely stunning!! Everything about this hotel was beyond our expectations! We are so thrilled we had the opportunity to stay here.

Great boutique style hotel with excellent location (in our view) outside the hustle and bustle with short walking distance to the action. A huge benefit having parking inside sheltered area! There were torrential rain when we stayed there and unfortunately that lead to a leakage in the roof at our room. This was handled excellently by the staff as we were assigned another room at no charge for that night

This property is stunning. The staff is attentive, professional and kind. Everything is at your fingertips from amazing cocktails, tranquility, and close to everything in San Sebastian. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. <3

Villa Soro is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood with excellent access to both Gros and the Old Town—an easy, pleasant walk. Parking was simple and stress-free, which we really appreciated. While the building and grounds are lovely, we found the restaurant/bar lacked atmosphere—more formal than cozy. The bed linens in our room felt a bit dated and could use refreshing to match the otherwise elegant setting. Breakfast was good quality and nicely presented, though not especially memorable. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location, but a few details could be improved to meet expectations at this level.

Excellent hotel - beautiful surroundings and great staff. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in, followed by a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended

beautiful hotel and service

This was the best hotel we had ever stayed at! The service was incredible, we felt right at home and the staff helped us with all our questions during the 5 nights in San Sebastian. The room we had was fantastic, clean, large and extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend guests to borrow a beach towels kit and bike to the beach, super convenient. And definitely try some of the pintxos nearby to get a more authentic feel compared to the old town.

Very nice, intimate boutique hotel, 15 minute walk from Gros and Old Town.

The staff were nice and helpful. The property and room were gorgeous and felt very private.

The property it self is very pretty. The staff is very helpful, friendly and attentive, they gave us suggestions and pointed out what to do in town. The neighborhood is quiet, about 25 minutes walk from down town. The hotel does not have a restaurant it’s like a bar with 2 options for salads and 2 options for sandwiches which I didn’t find convenient because there are no restaurants in the surroundings. The room was nice but the bathroom needs maintaing; shower splashing everywhere.
