Room and hotel was clean, the all inclusive was basic, food lacked any quality. I'd rather pay more money and have better quality food. The pool bar you had to buy a plastic glass, and if you wanted a fresh pool towel had to pay two euro. However, for the money I would consider staying with the kids again. Just feel the property could do so much better with some investment in the upkeep of the hotel.

I booked a 3-night break at this hotel it is very unique and clean the grounds are amazing with statues and waterfall and other water features I've never seen it like this anywhere else I've stayed As everyone knows I read the reviews for this hotel before arriving, the reviews are very average so I was a little apprehensive however I didn't need to worry the hotel is large it's clean the staff are very friendly in all departments also if you're not sure about anything the staff are approachable Like it's been mentioned on previous reviews the food is fine not very different variety as is the way in most all-inclusive hotels however I felt the food was fresh, plentiful and enough to feed an army The location is very pretty the room I had is a sea view room the room is very large comfortable Ann's clean Granted that the Hotel decor is a little tired but it does not impede on your holiday the facilities in the hotel are very good as well Plant City today for adults and children swimming pools are large some are heated and there is always a good amount of sun loungers. The all-inclusive offers a good variety of food, drink and entertainment In my opinion this is a very good hotel for couples and families alike I would personally highly recommend Hotel Beatriz player and Spa. There are a good number of shops restaurants and bars 5 minutes from the hotel I don't think that this hotel gets enough credit for what it does personally I would trust that as a 4 and a half to five

We stayed a week, food wasn’t good at all. This hotel isn’t designed for (all inclusive). Unlucky!!

Property could do with some improvements, very weathered, nice view points, nice quiet front, short walk to bars and shops. Maid was lovely, receptionist not so much, no warm welcome, just here’s your room key take the lift, next please…. Restaurant .. wow, shocking… what I can say, no organisation, kids running up and down as staff move food round 30 prior to service closing, stayed 4 nights only went for breakfast twice, same each time, no glasses, no seats, no coffee cups, not a lot of fresh fruit options (chips for breakfast). Staff too busy closing down areas and cleaning table.

It was very clean, very close to the beach and had a lovely pool area. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Reception staff friendly. Wifi did not work for me at all. I stayed half board as a solo traveller and I didn't find the staff at the buffet restaurant very friendly and felt a bit uncomfortable and in the way. Staff kept walking by to see if I was finished to clear my plate while I was eating and 2 nights they never took a drink order from me just took away the menu. It's a shame because that let down my overall experience and the irony is I only booked half board because I was alone as when I travel with people we usually go out to eat to try the local restaurants. Also the restaurant is massive so it's not like I was taking up space.

En general bien, exceptuando las cenas muy repetitivas y lo de siempre con las toallas en la piscina, las ocupan al bajar a desayunar y luego no encuentras. Para colmo algunos las cogen dobles, al sol y sombra.

The staff were really friendly and courteous.The rooms are very basic and dated.The bathroom has a shoeer over the bath which is a big climb in and the water gets on the floor.The bathroom does smell.The beds are comfortable but only one small pillow.The furniture is all chipped and the sliderobe was cracked on the glass.zThe cabinet holding the fridge was hanging apart Only one socket in the room and no sockets near the bed.Aside from this the place was kept very clean but definitely needs a big refurbishment.The food was poor and didnt avail of it after1 day even though we had paid for breakfast as it wasnt great. The swimming pool areas were lovely.The gym was basic but closed early at 18.00.

Whole building was very run down, and could do with a freshen up, stains sheets, rooms where cleaned daily even if we were greeted with a cockroach when we arrived back to our room. Food wasn’t great especially the burger place! Spa was lovely. Cups were dirty and have to rent them for €1 Felt as if we were an inconvenience for the staff at restaurant/buffet, we ate elsewhere which was a shame as we paid for all inclusive

Die Zimmer waren in die Jahre gekommen, mit 4 Sternen hat es nichts zu tun … eher 2-3 Sterne. Frühstück im unteren Geschoss ohne Sonnenlicht, sehr laut , lange Schlangen vor den langsamen Kaffeautomaten.Brotqualität lässt zu wünschen. Taxi Reservation hat nicht geklappt. Tv hatte zeitweise keinen Empfang.Musik (Abendunterhaltung )und am Pool war viel zu laut. Es gibt für uns keine weiteren Ferien in diesem Haus.

Staff amazing. Food decent. Hotel was great for what we needed. Lobby area nice and pool bar brilliant. Location right on beach / promenade loved it.

It was the first time we stayed here i thought the hotel was a little run down time for a refit no kettle in the room and the first time i ever paid a deposit on a plastic pool glass thought that was a bit of a joke the area outside the hotel really good centre plenty of good bars and food probley wouldnt stay at the hotel again would recomend for young familys not couples

Booked as 4 star. Food / Restaurant are just a joke. Think they’ve pinched a couple of stars from somewhere. Not going back and won’t be booking through Expedia again

We had a nice basic room with Mountain View.The food was very good for us,they served a wide range of food items.The pool area was very nice and the spa good for colder days. The entertainment was enough for us .It is a large basic hotel good value for what we paid.

The 1st sea room was not the best with a palm tree & car park. Had to ask reception to move rooms as we had paid for the upgrade. Room was tired, lack of amenities, 1 bottle of water. The pool was decent and heated. Many bars to drink at. The food was nothing to write home about, as All Inclusive, we went out and ate. The Italian restaurant food was below par, tasteless sauces. Lunch had pigeons trying to eat it as it wasnt covered so that put us off. Would not recommend, definitely 3 star and not 4 and would not stay there again.
