Very nice clean room. My only complaint is some of the common ares don’t look as clean as the rooms.

Fantastic room. Excellent facilities. Gym could be a little more equipped but otherwise an excellent stay.

We have stayed here before and everything is always great! We had a cancel a previous reservation due to a death in the family and they were happy to give a full refund despite being after the refund window.

The staff are very polite and friendly! The room is very nice and the location is perfect!

Wasn’t impressed the room was not very clean. Had to be moved because of the people above us being very very loud wasn’t a great stay not sure if I would go back.

Great stay. La Crosse graduation. Two night stay required bc of that but ok. Nice hotel. Good service. “Rustic” theme. Two free drink tickets.

The hotel has a cabin look and feel. Staff was courteous and nice. It has a lounge, pool, and a hot tub. Upon entering our room, it looked pretty good but the sink was dirty and the hand soap was empty. The beds are a bit uncomfortable - maybe too soft? Breakfast was a good as a fast, free one can be: scrambled eggs, breakfast, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, dairy products, pancake maker coffee milk, fruit, etc. I asked for a printed copy of my receipt, but they said they couldn't do that and preferred to email it to me. I never did receive it.

This property is ruin down pool was dirty green growing in it!!
