Bed had a indentation & very uncomftsble. Entrance door was damaged & let light in, disrupting sleeo. Pool not headed. Shower lever was stuck. And damaged/peeling woiod o dresser.

Horrible, bath tub water barely drained, hotel did not have toilet paper until the next day, and I swear there was blood on the ceiling. Never again

Pros: Staff was nice Checking in and out was easy Room and bathroom was clean Cons: “resort” is a loose word my opinion it was more like an old motel, turned into resort, but needed to be updated. Everything was clean, but definitely outdated. It’s 2 levels and there is no elevator so if you’re on the top floor, you do have to carry your suitcases up one flight. Again the the layout is more like a motel style. The door to my room faced a side street and at night it seemed a little sketchy. Overall, it was a fine place to stay, price was okay, I think it probably could’ve been a little bit cheaper and would’ve made everything else okay, but had a good stay.

with Resort in the name you think, well it will be a resort. The photos certainly made the place look better that it really is. The room did not smell nice. The only good thing about the room was the bed, it was comfortable. But the room was dark, not what I thought. But it worked ok.

Well, ask and you shall receive. I held off on this review to give the hotel the opportunity to refund me, even partially, for this stay, in which the denied the refund. Don't walk away from this place, RUN. This hotel, because it is a hotel, NOT a resort, has deceptive advertising to say the absolute least. I booked a room here this past week with a jetted tub, for that reason and for the gym, those were my two big deciding factors. I wish I had looked them up on yelp before booking because their 1 star rating over there doesn't reflect here When I got to my room I Immediately noticed the ceilinight was broken and crooked and thought, ok, it's just a light. It took me a minute to find the mini fridge that was in the also beaten up dresser, and set my bag down on the chair and the entire arm rest moved and almost fell off. Ok so the room is falling apart, great, turn the TV on. Remote hardly works, probably a dying battery. Set the thermostat, keeps alerting that it has a low battery. I go to wash my face in the sink to find out there is no hot water. Not the water won't get hot, you turn the knob and no water comes out. Perfect. Well I got the jetted tub for a reason so let's use it. There is hair in the tub. Absolutely DISGUSTING. I clean it out, gagging the whole time, and get to filling the tub. I climb in, go to hit the jet button, nothing. Keep trying. Nothing. So the main reason I paid for this upgraded room, to the tune of nearly $200, doesn't even work.

I was a little disappointed in the room, first the TV didn’t work, so maintenance came to the room and my husband helped him find the problem, then in the middle of the night we needed to get air moving in the room because it was warm, but we never could get the air to work!! Also the valance over the window was all torn and material coming off. All the reviews were great for this place, one of the reasons l picked it, but l don’t think l will be back unfortunately. 😞

AC didn’t work. Took too long to fix or get a new room.

Our stay was ok. Expedia said contenental breakfast. There was no breakfast.. also this was just a motel. Not a resort like described in the description and name. Was realy disappointed because we wanted to stay some where nicer a paid the price for a nicer place. I will defanatly stay away from expedia after this

Staff was kind and professional, room was clean. However the front door to our room was bowed out as if it was previously kicked in. Inside the room there is 2 connecting doors and they are horrible. The caulking with orange paint is an eye sore! Iiii ddrdddd OK as eêld n
