The room was clean and comfortable. Good sized bathroom with bath and shower. Pleasant, helpful staff. Free parking was a bonus. The restaurant was a nice place to eat, but vegetarian menu is too limited. There was only one vegetarian main on the menu. As we were staying for 2 nights, we needed to go somewhere else to eat on the second night.

It's one of the worst hotels I have stayed in, outdated room, lift was broken, food and drink expensive seating in bar very uncomfortable you can't get parked up because it's shared with a restaurant and building work going on next to it

Big comfortable room, king size beds, polite staff. Didn't have breakfast

Check in is at 3 pm and they will not allow early check in, even though I emailed the hotel and they said since we flew in over night that the front desk could accommodate that. Waited hours trying to stay awake in lobby. Never again

All lean and tidy

The hotel was excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel like a valued customer and nothing was too much trouble. The room had excellent facilities with tea/coffee and bathroom products supplied (and very amenable to getting any replacements). An additional perk was the free parking! Would highly recommend a stay here and would not hesitate to return.

This is a great hotel option. Rooms very clean with two double beds - hard to beat for the price. Ev charging is excellent. £10 for a minimum of 6 hours allowing a full charge on my car. When compared to the price of local public charging (£30-£40) this is a fantastic additional benefit. Only slight negative is that the hotel only allows guests to all check from 3pm even if rooms are ready. This meant we had to hang around for 45 minutes to check in at which point a crowd of guests were also queuing to check in. Please review the approach for check-in as there has to be a better way!!

Great welcome from FoH staff, easy and plentiful parking, large clean and comfortable rooms, corridors clear (but a little hot and stuffy) and room window opened a bit but as next to the flyover/road it was a bit noisy and not a fan of car fumes dirty dust etc. Breakfast selection excellent and super fresh. Two double beds with bathroom £78 ... brilliant Great stop over for using the Millennium Centre to see a show. And wish I'd known if booking tickets to see some shows you get a discount at this hotel if book direct and prove show bookings. Worth knowing for future and will check.

The sofa bed in room 402 was like sleeping on a wood floor. I’m saying because you have asked my opinion it was awful I had to take painkillers together to sleep. I’ve stayed. With your many times and have never had that before and I wonder r if maybe anyone e Let has s aid but honestly it was awful but apart from that all was good

Clean room, polite and friendly staff. No complaints.

Pros: buffet breakfast (since is a little walk to other restaurants/cafes), very helpful and kind staff, good location close to bay, hot water with good pressure, price, A/C Cons: dated rooms, bathroom grout badly needs cleaning, dirty drinking glasses in room I'd probably stay there again if on a tight budget. It does look like a lot of construction is starting in that area though so check for noise and traffic.

The only thing I would say there is no hooks for hanging coats but apart from that everything was great.

My sister and I stayed at the hotel 4th June on arrival we were greeted by reception staff who were very friendly and helpful after check in we went to our room and it was very pleasant after going to see a show we came back for a relaxing drink before bed again bar staff very friendly we then retired to our room for bed and that is where we were let down with a bang if you have arthritis then the bed is not for you so hard it was very uncomfortable so didn't not have a good night's sleep however breakfast was very good and check out is at 11am which gives plenty of time overall a good experience

There were some minor issues, but my main complaint is this is the second time I have stayed here and the fire alarm has gone off during the middle of the night. We had to all evacuate the hotel at 1am and stand in the car park for 20 mins whilst the rain came down so heavy everyone was soaked. We then were eventually let back in and had to use the stairs as the lifts were not working. Next day we were told it was because a guest was smoking in a room. Very annoying and to have had this happen twice is extreme bad luck. Other than that the stay was very good, vast majority of the staff are nice and friendly.

Not the staff's fault, but for the second time staying here the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Previous time it stopped after about 20 seconds. Last night the entire hotel was evacuated into the car park to stand in the freezing rain for 30mins at 1am. No offer of compensation or apology on check-out. Again, not the staff's fault (presume guest smoking) but not staying here again as full night's sleep seems tricky to acheive!
