From the moment we arrived the experience was a 5 star. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The meals were prpared to a very high standard and delicious. Very special and personalized touches. The room was exceptional. Clean and comfortable with great amenities. I appreciated the Dyson hairdryer! Easy access to town by car or taxi (about €20 each way)

Maravilloso lugar, la vista de la acrópolis desde la habitación y desde diferentes puntos del Hotel es inolvidable. El personal es súper profesional, la calidad de los alimentos en el restaurant son excepcionalmente buenos. Un lugar de una exquisitez absoluta.

Room was nice and we had a great view but there were issues with the tour they arranged for us (but it ultimately worked out).

This is the best place to stay in Valkey of the Tenples. The hotel is part of the valley. The room was impeccable. The Spa a must. The restaurant is delicious. The impressive part was that you get to see the temples light up at night. It f you stay in the hotel, you can access a secret entrance to the temples

A sad and disappointing experience made even worse by an apathetic front desk woman. Expensive breakfast, absent staff, most expensive hotel in town.

O hotel é muito bonito e bem localizado. Bem próximo ao Vale dos Templos. Dá para ir a pé e existe uma passagem que da acesso direto do hotel ao interior do Parque. Logo que chegamos, recebemos um upgrade no quarto e fomos colocados num quarto espetacular, com vista para o templo da Concórdia e uma pequena varanda privativa, muito agradável. O interior do quarto era impecável, amplo, confortável e com todas as funcionalidades e itens de conforto possíveis. As amenidades (shampoo, condicionador e sabonete (em barra)) eram de ótima qualidade. O secador de cabelos era da marca Dyson. O hotel ainda disponibilizava, gratuitamente, água e café Nespresso. Sem dúvida, um dos melhores quartos onde já fiquei hospedado. As únicas observações que acho que podem melhorar dizem respeito ao restaurante. No jantar, pedimos o menu, que até era bem saboroso, mas a quantidade era excessiva. Já o café da manhã seria melhor se fosse em esquema “buffet” e não a la carte.

The property is beautiful, and the check-in was great. The room itself was lovely, with a lovely view. Unfortunately, the hotel centrally controls the room temperature and had switched to heat-only mode for the season. This made our room far too hot for a good night’s sleep. Even with the windows open, the temperature remained over 25 degrees Celsius at night. We spoke to the front desk multiple times over our two-day stay, and they promised to get back to us, but no one ever did. Despite the beautiful property, we felt the customer service at the hotel and restaurants was lacking.

On arrival our room was upgraded. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large, nicely decorated, well appointed and spotless. The view of Temple Concordia was unobstructed and fantastic. It was nice to buy the site tickets at front desk and use their private entrance. Restaurant was nice, but VERY expensive-cheeseburger $35euro, soup$20, gelato $20.
