So this hotel surpassed our expectations 100%! It was a beautiful historic hotel . Wonderful location across road from the Seville Cathedral . Close to restaurants, souvenir shops & bars & tourist attractions . Pool and bar area was spacious, & staff were lovely . Exceptional good value for what we paid .

Great location with helpful and polite staff everywhere, except for the rooftop bar; they seemed consistently just a little grumpy.?? The prices up there for food and drink were a little to much for what you get so we avoided it. Other than that would consider staying there again.

When I checked in the staff assigned me an old style room which does not look comfortable. Did not offer free upgrade. No water in room.

Beautiful traditional hotel in THE best location of Seville. Quick check in, clean and comfortable room (traditional decor not modern). Good powerful shower, and air con was great. Great drinks and food at the pool..but the addition of sunbeds would be a bonus as the layout and seating isn't the best.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect and so central to the iconic sites. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were surprisingly soundproof, clean, and spacious. Will definitely be back.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just next to the Cathedral of Seville, we could take the photo of with the church minus the crowd early in the morning and late at night without worrying transportation. The rooftop bar with swimming pool with direct view of the landmark building is a super winning factor of this hotel. Great stay. On the flip side, hotel guest who need to use public transport, will need to walk 8-10min to the nearest tram station, while uber or taxi driver try to avoid door step alight coz the cobblestone road is narrow, and full of tourist. Nevertheless, this one negative point is too insignificant compare to the earlier mentioned plus points

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing negative I could say is one of the ladies at the reception desk was rude when we asked how to turn the lights on. It was our first time in Spain so we were not familiar with using a key card for the lights. This wasn’t explained to us at check-in and when we came back down to ask she was very sarcastic. The rest of the stay was fabulous. Location was perfect. Gentleman at the desk was pleasant and ordered us a cab to the airport. Rooftop bar was a nice touch but the pool has very limited hours because the bar is open to the public. I will be back!

Beautiful hotel perfected located for exploring Seville. Rooms were large and comfy. The rooftop bar and pool were a great edition offering the chance to cool down and refresh on a warm day.

This hotel was very nice and conveniently located within walking distance of the major Sevilla sights. The Cathedral was right outside the front door! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The lounge on the top floor was a nice place to relax on our first evening in town. Our room was very spacious and quiet also. We would highly recommend to anyone and hope to be back someday.

Everyone in the hotel, treated us as someone who cared. I couldn't fault the service.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, juste en face de la cathédrale. En revanche, étant dans une rue piétonne, il faut rejoindre l’établissement à pied. Le personnel est très serviable, le petit-déjeuner buffet est excellent et notre chambre était parfaitement propre. Là où les problèmes commencent, c’est si vous souhaitez dormir au calme. En tout cas, pour nous, c’était impossible : notre chambre donnait sur la rue. Avant 1 heure du matin, il était difficile de trouver le sommeil à cause du bruit des terrasses. Mais le pire restait à venir. Pendant la nuit, les services de voirie de Séville nettoient les rues, ramassent les poubelles et le verre, ce qui génère énormément de bruit. À cela s’ajoutent les cris des employés de la ville, et tout ceci entre 3 h et 4 h du matin. Résultat : des nuits catastrophiques. Nous avons essayé de changer de chambre, mais cela n’a pas été possible, sauf en acceptant une chambre plus petite et avec un plus petit lit. En résumé, si vous recherchez un hôtel pour vous reposer et dormir au calme, ce n’est clairement pas l’endroit idéal.

We loved the location even though it was very far from parking. The internet was terrible and I worked from the lobby, but the staff was accommodating and being steps from the cathedral was very special. The place is like a museum!

Lækkert værelse fantastisk udsigt, morgenmad ok men man skal ikke lave 100 spejlæg kl 8 og lægge dem i flere lag deres. Scrambled æg er pulver, ikke 21 euro værd
