I was supposed to stay at the Residence Inn which I booked months ago but the Wednesday before my Friday visit I was walked to the hotel next door. Wish they had not done that, great service there but ceiling is paper thin. The guests above me kept me awake starting 3am walking around, heard every excruciating sound.

Specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub, but both were closed due to repairs. The breakfast was limited on the second day of our stay due to a broken hot plate. Never could get my laptop to connect to the internet. Very disappointing stay.

Always a nice experience at this hotel. The staff are great and always helpful, even late at night. Convenient out of the way location with easy access to town.

The rooms are very big and very quiet. The breakfast was great, especially for our kids. We really enjoyed the pool and the staff were very attentive. Overall, an excellent stay.

We have traveled across the country for the past 3 weeks staying at hotels along the way. This was hands down the worst value for the cost. This hotel is very outdated, dingy, and just gross. We had an ant infestation in our room. The carpets in the room and throughout the hotel were gross and stained. The walls and doors covered in stains and dirts finger prints. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would not stay here and again and would not recommend it.

The A/C was amazing! Room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable!

I liked everything. Especially the morning breakfast choices.

Was in an easy to get to location. Nice room but a few problems. One of the bedroom closet doors was stuck, wouldn't slide at all and there was zero body wash in the pump. I loved that we could open the windows for fresh air. And that we had an entire kitchen! Lots of room. Cool decor except the weirdest sofa I've ever seen. Comfortable beds.

Helpful front staff

Water line to toilet leaked and caused a puddle on the bathroom floor. No manager or maintenance was available on the weekend! I had to put a bucket under the leaky valve and tighten fitting myself. This seemed unacceptable to me considering the cost of the room.

Very friendly and accommodating staff

Bed was comfortable and room was clean, but door was very tight to turn and made getting in and out hard. Shower head was loose and kept moving when showering without frequent adjusting, breakfast has selection but taste of hot food not so great. No overview of the place when we shared we were first time visitor.

Great customer service, easy to check in. Great communication.
