There were ants in my bed, I advised reception of this and they said they would send somebody to clean...they did not! Aside from this the room was spacious but lacking any luxury that you would expect. Food was good and the spa was amazing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Even in the August heat, the pools, drinks bars and air conditioned building made this a really enjoyable stay. They were also great on our last day as they allowed us to carry on using the facilities for the day as we had a late flight. Staff were kind and courteous. Some of the buffet offerings became a little repetitive, but overall good options of food.

L'hôtel est beau avec 4 piscines et des chambres spacieuses cependant si vous êtes à côté de la salle des machines pour la clim vous aurez un bruit permanent , prévoyez les boules quies. Si vous êtes Anglais vous avez le droit à un service royal pour les autres c'est la débrouille, dommage que tous les clients n'aient pas la même considération surtout que l'on paye tous le même prix ! Les piscines: Réservation des transat dès 5h du matin donc si vous voulez une place faudra vous lever tôt ou donner un billet au Pool Boy qui vous réservera un transat dès la veille même si vous arrivez qu'en fin de journée le lendemain au risque de priver d'autres vacanciers !! La restauration : rien d'exceptionnel mais tout le monde peut y trouver à manger. C'est le 1 er hôtel au Maroc en 6 ans de visites où faut donner un billet pour être considéré,servit et non donnez un pourboire parce que le service est de qualité !

Pour mon premier voyage, j’ai été incroyable surpris de voir un si bel hôtel je pensais pas qu’un endroit comme celui-ci pouvait exister. Tout est parfait. On se sent en sécurité, on peut manger à volonté et se faire péter le bide et le mieux c’est de pouvoir picoler de 9h du matin jusqu’à minuit je tournais à environ une trentaine de mojito par jour en allant dans cet hôtel, je pense que j’ai vraiment fait des économies sur l’alcool donc si vous êtes alcoolique comme moi je vous conseille fortement cet hôtel

Aesthetically this hotel is gorgeous and we had a lovely stay , but there are a few things that let it down. It was incredibly clean , gardens were beautiful, rooms a decent size with nice beds . Staff were very friendly but in most cases , not all they were a bit underwhelming in their service . Dinner was a frustration to get plates cleared away, any drinks etc etc . I very much got the opinion if you weren't tipping you wasnt get served . As it wasnt due to lack of staff . Unfortunately I am someone who will happily tip for good service but not to get it . Bfast getting a coffee etc very hard work , or they would bring coffee but no milk. Food we came to the conclusion if you are happy to eat all of your meals early you will get a far better experience . It isnt a hotel that provides endless options , although the offerings were ok . However when a lot of better things ran out like desserts etc they just wasnt replaced. We couldnt even get vanilla icecream at 2pm on one lunch and they only ever did the same three flavours. great service mindset and personnel selection. 5/5. Karwah (sorry for spelling) in buffets is a true gem. in trying to find something to improve: the live band while we were there not very good.. music in background at a la carte restaurant off (ex: whitney houston..). should be something Moroccan (either traditional or modern) for the experience. note floors in bathrooms extremely slippery when wet. front desk staff great too. shuttle driver precious. bravo!

Really lovely hotel. Decorated very tastefully. Lots of sitting areas if weather poor. Pool areas stunning .... Water very cold but doable! Two different buffet venues for different times of the day - really lovely. Food good for all inclusive. Service usually good. I suggest you tip well at the beginning of your stay & try to sit in the same area of restaurants. Helpful reception. Loads of parking - but don't hire a car! We drive everywhere but just not worth the hassle here. Ask for a room with afternoon sunshine. Top floors have solid walls. 1st floor glass balconies. Definitely stay here again.

We had a really great time at Rui Tikida Gardens, which contributed to a fantastic holiday in Marrakesh. The hotel itself is very clean and very well looked after. The food is very nice with several options. The facilities are great, and the outside area is beautiful. It is not a large resort but that contributes to its charm. The staff are very attentive and very welcoming. The waiting staff were particularly good, and you could see the rapport they developed with the guests. The entertainment and activity staff were also brilliant. They definitely contributed to the enjoyment of our stay, especially facilitating us playing French Boules ever morning and during the evening entertainment too. There are also several health and fitness classes you can partake in, these were also great. In particular, the salsa class. The teaching was so good, it meant I wasn’t completely terrible. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone, and we are considering going back again next year.

The report itself was lovely, but the rooms are in serious need of an update. The room I stayed in had two leaks, one from behind the toilet and another from the sink, it also had a disruptive noise on the ceiling fan. We called reception a few times to make improvements and it took hours to have it sorted. Other than that the resort was lovely, rooms a bit small but it was manageable. I would recommend, only if you don’t plan on spending much time in the hotel room. Staff was lovely, food was ok, and location wasn’t too bad.

Bel hôtel rénové .decoration à la fois moderne et contemporain . Nous y avons passé 4 nuits ,petit séjour agréable avec un point négatif le matin de notre départ . Problème du prestataire privé (KOIRIDE)pour la navette privée qui a tardé à venir ( le RDV avait été pris pour 7h00.sur les conseils du réceptionniste vers 7h30 ce dernier nous a appelé un taxi en nous demandant 250 dirham et il ne lui a donné que 150. Nous sommes en colère de nous êtes fait volés et surtout de passer pour des voleurs auprès du taxi . Nous avons dû rendre 50 dirham car la course pour l aéroport était en fait à 200 et non à 250 comme le réceptionniste nous avait dit …

Hôtel agréable, calme et propre avec un grand jardin. Restaurants avec buffets bien garnis, en partie renouvelés chaque jour. Navette vers Marrakech gratuite plusieurs fois par jour. Personnel très agréable. Un seul regret : une seule piscine chauffée en hiver.

Hôtel très bien tenu. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable et a l'écoute. Dommage que les grandes piscines extérieures ne soient pas chauffées. les restaurants sont légèrement bruyants. par contre, les plats sont très bons.
