Very personable staff and the proprty had an elevator

After a week of staying in charming B and B’s and having to drag our luggage up three flights of narrow stairs, we decided to go with the “mod cons” for a night. Granted that the location in an industrial area is not very appealing, but that was made up for by the fact that we didn’t have to dive head first into the bed to avoid hitting our heads on the eaves, and the bathroom was larger than a closet. The staff was friendly and genuinely nice. We liked it so much that we went back a few nights later on our return through the area. The restaurant food was remarkably good for a hotel—-except for the pizza. Both nights we were there, there were large tour groups in the main dining room but other diners were served promptly. Kudos to the staff!

Je séjourne deux à trois fois par an dans cet établissement et c’est toujours un plaisir. Je réserve rarement dans cette chaîne hôtelière mais ce Kyriad est hors normes de l’enseigne. Toujours très propre, en parfait état, toujours les même personnes avec le sourire, l’accueil et le service impeccable. Le restaurant est toujours de bonne qualité et les chambres en parfait état avec ascenseur.

Rien à redire:personnel très professionnel,chambre au deuxième étage mais facile avec l'ascenceur,restaurantde qualité.

Une localisation pratique dans notre séjour. L'équipe est sympathique et serviable. Une propreté impeccable avec une proposition adaptée concernant les clients dans l'envie de changer les serviettes

The hotel was very easy to find and the check in super easy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a restaurant attached and the service and meal provided a pleasant experience. There was a super huge Le Clerc across the road from the hotel - very convenient.

We only stayed one night however it was a perfect spot for us and our dog. Could not fault the room, reception or staff.

Bra beliggenhet i et område med forretninger og supermarkeder som ikke er åpen på natten. Lett å finne men veiopplegget i området kan være vanskelig å forstå. En del lyd fra reisegrupper som forlot rommene samtidig vekket oss hver dag - rommene er ikke veldig lydtett mot området. Frokosten var bra. Rommet hadde rullegardin som gjorde den passe mørk. Personalet var veldig hyggelig og hjalp med det vi lurte på.

This was an overnight stop en route south. It's a convenient stop from the Le Havre ferry. The location was difficult to find, possibly because we mixed up 2 similar street names in the sat nav. Very good to find a simple restaurant with reasonable food after a day travelling. The only bad point was that we were put into a disabled room where the shower was somewhat strange. Also, the air conditioning did not work, so it was hot. The windows were sealed.

Små, men helt okej rum. AC:n funkade inte som den skulle. TV:n hade ’no signal’ hela kvällen. Sköna sängar och trevlig personal.

Most helpful we have to large dogs so they upgraded us to a room downstairs so we could go straight on to the grass We had room service on time and hot Staff could not have been more helpful

Rien à signaler de désagréable. Les chambres sont rénovées, propres et agréables. Vous devriez récompenser, par surprise, les personnes qui donnent de bons commentaires.

Parfait comme d'hab. Qualité des chambres, literie, accueil, restauration. Tout est impeccable ! Bravo.
