Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber. Wir hatten Preferred Club, sodass der Zimmerservice mehrmals täglich kam um die Minibar neu zu befüllen oder das Bett für die Nacht herzurichten. Außerdem hatten wir eine Lounge zur Verfügung, wo man sich beim kleinen Hunger tagsüber etwas holen konnte. Poollandschaft und Wellnessbereich sind sehr schön und großzügig. Das Buffet war gut, hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Manche Bereiche des Hotels sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das stört aber nicht weiter. Generell kann man alle Aktivitäten, Zimmer Service, Spa und vieles mehr über eine App buchen, was sehr praktisch war. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Secrets Lanzarote is a lovely hotel, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of sun beds and places to sit in the sun. Lovely food - even the buffet option. Drinks are 10/10 even the alcohol free ones. Evening entertainment is very good. Coffee shop is wonderful with many options. Italian and the grill are our favourite a la carte options. Staff are all friendly in the restaurants and around the hotel. Isabel at the Italian was very friendly and remembered us as returning customers. My second stay here did not disappoint, I will return again next year.

We stayed for 7 days and the location was beautiful but we would recommend hiring a car to get around as most things are a short drive away … The Spa was great we used it everyday and treated this holiday as a relaxing getaway …

This is a beautiful resort with excellent customer service. The grounds are immaculate, and our room was lovely. We were upgraded to an ocean view, which was amazing. We chose to do the bed and breakfast option, for we had to work during the week, and I am glad we did for this isn't really a "drink all day" vibe. We had access to the preferred breakfast restaurant and the lounge which we made great use of. The only thing lacking was energy. I have been to secrets resorts in Mexico and they were so much fun. This resort was quite snoozy for us (31, and 32). It was mostly couples 45+, so keep this in mind if you want to go all inclusive and have a more upbeat vibe with more activities. The music by the preferred pool was very quiet and mellow, and the preferred lounge was so quiet you could hear a pin drop - some music would be nice to make the lounge feel more welcoming.

Perfect location, not far from airport and a taxi ride away to Puerto Del Carmen (about 12 Euros). room with ocean view, clean and modern. Upgraded to Preferred Club would highly recommend. Food good quality, cocktails are genuinely good especially Espresso Martini. Staff super efficient and friendly. Been here a few times and won’t be the last. Perfect place for total relaxation.

We’ve just returned from a 7-night stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. As a vegan couple, we were especially pleased to find dedicated vegan menu options, which made dining easy and enjoyable throughout our stay. Puerto Calero, just nearby, is a lovely marina area with great scenery and a calm atmosphere — perfect for a stroll or a sunset drink. We did have a small room service issue during our stay, but once we raised it, the team handled it promptly and professionally. Being an adults-only resort makes it ideal for couples looking to unwind, and the nightly shows provide great entertainment without disrupting the tranquil atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa for couples seeking relaxation, great service, and a memorable stay.

Spacious room, excellent house keeping. Staff in general are very good. Large pool area, plenty of sun beds. Food is OK, lots of choice at breakfast, the Italian restaurant was disappointing.

Bel hôtel, très moderne. Chambres impeccables. Jardins luxuriants et très bien entretenus. Petit déjeuner copieux et qualitatif. Par contre, personnel très "froid", peu à l'écoute. Grosse machine à fric : cocktails très chers et mal réalisés et surtout : accès à la plus jolie piscine, face directe à la mer et protégée du vent PAYANT : 60 euros/pers. et par jour !!! HONTEUX.

Rien à redire, tout était top. Dommage que les piscines ferment à 18h et qu il y ait une différence entre ceux qui font partie du club "prefered" et qui ont accès à des bars et que ce ne soient pas le cas pour les autres. Les tarifs sont assez élevés pour ne pas avoir droit à la totalité du domaine. Sinon c était parfait avec une superbe vue. Les équipes étaient vraiment sympa et aux petits soins Sinon,
