Great location, clean, and friendly staff.

El Hotel muy bien ubicado y muy limpio, yo reserve habitación para 3 personas , lo único es que no había toallas suficientes y el agua de cortesía era una sola botella. El Buffet del restaurante a venido a menos (menor oferta de Entradas, desayuno y postres) tan es ADO que solo un Dia desayunamos ahí, cuando en otras estancias diario lo hacíamos!!!

No recomiendas ese Hotel para nada únicamente la ubicación de ahí en más todo espantoso se tira agua LAVA del lavabo, no nos dejaron toallas en fin horrible

Salvo un par de incidentes debido a un corte de luz. Todo bien, personal atento y amable. Mantenimiento se lleva la estrella...gran trabajo de todo el equipo

Room 320 had a faulty shower valve …. Safety box unattached to closet No small refrigerator Only a single cloth hanger After requesting a different room , They gave us room 345. The thermostat didn’t work We had to stay on 19 celsius deg or 28 degree It was a nightmare I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

I had a wonderful stay at NH Puebla and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality from the staff. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location for exploring the city. A special thank you to Consuelo from housekeeping, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure my room was spotless. Her dedication and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to recognize Fernanda at the front desk. She was welcoming from the moment I arrived and provided excellent recommendations and local tips that helped me make the most of my visit to Puebla. Her professionalism and friendly service were greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire NH Puebla team for making my trip such a pleasant experience. I look forward to staying with you again on my next visit!

Tengo desde el check out del 30 de junio que por un error no recibo la factura del hospedaje, llamo todos los días y me dan de largas, el Viaje lo ocupo justificar en mi trabajo y el personal no le preocupa la atención al cliente.

Jamás fueron a revisar el aire acondicionado no era la atención que esperaba

We were not impressed with the restaurant breakfast. Room cleaning each day was unpredictable. Some days missing towels. Some days lack of toilet paper. Every day the key cards didn’t work even when we went out of our way to protect them. It was very frustrating!

La pantalla no servía y es un lugar muy oscuro, regaderas rotas

Contraté una habitación superior con una cama, pero cuando llegue me dieron la que quisieron con dos camas porque ya no tenían la que había apartado, la habitación se veía sucia y los utensilios como vasos se veían manchados, solo se salvó un poco el buffet, no contestan en la extensión recepción y el trato fue poco cortés. La puerta no leía bien la tarjeta y estaba medio caída, poco profesional el hotel por lo que pague por día esperaba algo mejor, fue muy decepcionante.

Check in was horrible this time around! I've stayed here before and never had an issue. We got here early and there was only one person helping guests. We were torld no rooms were ready until 3 pm. which we understood. We did all the preliminary check-in information hoping to only get our keys at 3 pm.
