Area around was sketchy

First off the room was cold so I turned on the heater to take chill off the room then room filled with stench of urine ,turned off heater went to ask for extra blankets night clerk wanted to know why i needed blankets when it 80 outside i said because we're cold. Said she didn't know if she had any found one said she would bring another if she could find one.Next went to take shower s no conditioner in shower ,went to dry my granddaughters hair to a screeching loud hair dryer that died 30 seconds called and went to main lobby ti show them video they said they didnt have another dryer ,ten mins later she came up to room and said we could use a hair dryer in another room down hall because it was out of order the tub was discussing full of pubic hairs and filth .I don not recommend this hotel. Plus area was a litlle not kept up outside. Second floor smelled like a smokey old bar discusting.

Room was very nice! Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Coffee and tea station wqs an added bonus! Would stay again!

This property was awesome as a whole. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the only thing that kinda sucks that has absolutely NOTHING to do with the hotel itself was that you can smell the city dump on warm days but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Bed was nice and lobby. Ceiling was stained and the pool area was run down- and it only had one working bathroom!

Hotel is fine. Smells like mothballs. Showers are odd and feel like a high school locker room.

The location is convenient. Morning staff is top notch especially the breakfast hosts. Decor is tasteful.

Everything was great

Pool was dirty, no whilpool, breakfast was the best, beds were comfy..,. One of my rooms the toilet was broken. But overall it was ok
