Great spot, clean and modern. Rooms have great AC, our room has a little balcony smoking area just by luck. Would def stay here again.

Great location and breakfast

Rummet var jätte fint och fräscht, personalen super snälla och hjälpsamma. Städpersonalen var kanon och snabba, bra frukost. Hotellet ligger i centrum och var mycket bättre än förväntat. Vi var jätte glada och nöjda med hotellet. Jag har bara 2 saker som kan bli bättre. 1- tv kanaler var på italienska, 100 kanaler och ingenting på annat språk. Och sen vi fick en liten kylskåp som lätt ganska mycket och hade gärna varit lite större. Men men allt annat var jätte bra. Jag rekommenderar och kommer tillbaka till detta hotell igen nästa gång jag/vi kommer till Bologna igen.

The hotel was in a very central area for food shopping and sight seeing. Very busy but the windows did let any noise get through. The breakfast had lots of choices and good coffee. Staff was very helpfull and helped us find our way around. The room was small but comfortable

4 adult stay in quadruple room for one night. The space fairly good, everything was clean and looked nice. Little warm for us(27C/87F), but told not to mess with thermostat lest it burn out. Location is good walking distance to the sights and restaurants. The beds were soft and got a good nights sleep; only 1 TV in the room facing the main bed so everyone has to sit on the bed to watch something. Unfortunately, the WIFI was out during our 1night stay which was a major reason we booked the hotel since we were only using 1phone for wifi on our trip and looking forward to the wifi. This was our last night of 10 day stay from Greece and cruise into Italy. Walk from train station was in fact 15min but a little brutal in the heat with our luggage. I tried booking a taxi prior to arrival, but was told there was a taxi strike. When we arrived, the staff helped with booking a taxi for our morning departure at 440am the next day and I pointed out we had a lot of luggage for the size of taxi so we might need a larger one. They said should be fine. The taxi fit 2 large bags and 2 hand bags in back, had to put 1 large bag and back pack in front seat. Young adults one on top of each other in the back seat and a bag over 2 other adults in same back seat; no time to call a second taxi to make our flight so we sardined into the taxi. Hotel version of limo/town car service is a shuttle or walk to the train station and then take train to airport. Overall, I gave it a four for look and location.

Très bonne expérience. Hôtel situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique. Personnel très agréable. Rien à dire sur la propreté de l’hôtel et des chambres. Petit déjeuner continental tout à fait correct.

Perto de tudo: lojas, restaurantes, bares. Ótimo cafe da manhã, produtos do banheiro muito bons, equipe educadíssima.

Such a lovely hotel friendly staff and such a central location if I had to pick a fault it would be no hotel bar but because it’s such a central location it didn’t matter too much. Will definitely be returning and recommending.

They charged me the city tax for 2 people even though it was just me. I didn't realize this until I got back home.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Café da manhã razoável. Ambiente pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes, e os Funcionários do café da manhã demoravam para repor os alimentos. A máquina de café estava quebrada, e era uma fila para pegar o café ou cappuccino. Disponibilizam água de cortesia no frigobar. Acomodações do quarto simples, mas confortável.

Hotel bem localizado, quarto para um MUITO APERTADO. No cafe da manha, qualquer tipo de cafe eh pago a parte.

Perfectly located between the train station and the tourist centre of Piazza Maggiore. Set-back in a green strip from the main thoroughfare of Via dell'Indipendenza, it feels less hectic than its surroundings, which is refreshing, especially in high season. Room was a bit tight, but bathroom looked refreshed and clean. Breakfast was standard 3-star hotel fare, but plentiful. Zanhotel Regina offers very good value for its location and room comfort. I would stay in this hotel or within the same area again.
