90% der Gäste kommen aus Russland angereist und man fühlt sich eher wie in Russland, als wie in der Türkei. Das Personal beim Essen räumt die Tische nicht richtig auf und sauber wischen tun sie die Tische auch nicht. Zudem haben wir aus dem Zimmer 4x vergeblich versucht die Rezeption anzurufen und keiner nahm das Telefon. Am Ende wurde uns frech an der Rezeption in der Lobby gesagt, dass angeblich das System kaputt wäre. Das Abendprogramm war Discomäßig und nicht familienfreundlich. Zudem waren die Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Strand ist voll mit Steinen und es tun einem die Füße beim laufen weh. Ich würde nicht noch einmal dahin.

Aslında güzel bir otel, ama yıllara yenik düşmüş ve maalesef kendini yenileyememiş. Rezervasyonu 1,5 saat bulamadılar, odalar yeterli balkon güzel ama hizmeti temizliği çok vasat, balkon kapısında sineklik yok, perdeler güneş geçiriyor, kapı kilitleri sıkıntılı, telefon yanına lobby no yazın, dışarıdan da telefonla hiç ulaşılamıyor, internete bağlantı zor, müşteri kalitesi düşük, yemekler fena değil güzel ama o kadar kalabalık gürültülü ki insan kendini otobüs terminalinde hissediyor, plaj ve deniz güzel, barlarda sürekli içecek kuyruğu, peyzajı güzel, yürüyüş imkanı var, çalışanlar çok özverili ama herkes çok yorgun ve kafası karışık, yönetim olarak silkelenip biraz tadilat temizlik ve yeniden yapılanma gerekiyor.

This location is over an hour away from Antalya, no major attraction in the area. The majority of staff does not speak any foreign language, so good luck requesting service! The managers are very unfriendly to customers and rude to their own staff. For three family stay, they refused to give us three door keys, after insisting they gave in with a very bad attitude. Don’t wear any American flag design clothings, you will get dirty looks. The beach is not sandy but the weather was perfect, the room was clean and the AC worked. All you can eat buffet style was popular and always crowded. The food was delicious. The front desk needs to be retrained on customer service and be required to speak a foreign language. The managers should receive sensitivity training and stop treating staff like slaves.

Konum olarak güzel otel personeli gayretli ancak çoğu mutsuz çalışmakta gibi hissettim otel boştu bu yüzden sakinliğini sevdim yemek çeşitliliği az lezzeti ortaydı fiyat performans ortalamasına bakılırsa tekrar tercih ederim.

Décevant. C'est un camping hôtel pour les russes et les turques seulement. Personne ne parle anglais. Pas d'armoire pour ranger nos vêtements. Pas de lumières dans hall. Pas de table de chevet avec lampe. En 21 jours j'ai fais 10 réclamations. Ils nous ont amené un petit placard(surement de la cuisine. mon épouse a eu du mal à le nettoyer pour y ranger nos vêtements). Le restaurant est très mal organisé. Vous devez faire la queue dans la bousculade. Vous devez faire vite si vous voulez être servi sinon vous n'aurez pas ce que vous voulez. Restaurant à la carte seulement une fois même si vous restez plusieurs semaine. Le menu est fixé d'avance ainsi que l'endroit de votre table. Pas moyens de changer. Les chambres sont vieilles. Les portes ne se ferment pas bien. Ayant observé les poignets de plusieurs portes d'entrée des chambres voisines. Elles sont tenues par des visses mal fixés. Vous pouvez facilement embarquer tous les poignets. En général. La cuisine est très bonne. La mer est bonne. Vous vous habituez tant bien que mal. Personne ne semble se soucier de vos soucis. Cet hôtel ne devrait pas ouvrir avant réparation et rénovation. Le propriétaire devrait avoir la correction de corriger au plus tôt. Le top management n'est pas à la hauteur de la tâche. On constate plusieurs efforts qui sont fait dans les entertainments et dans la cuisine notamment.

Es war im ganzen angenehm. 5 Tage Übernachtungen und keine vernünftige Veranstaltung, kein Theater Stücke oder weiteres. Die Rezeption war überfordert, Rezeption Anrufe wurden nicht angenommen Tage lang. Die WC war defekt und konnte nicht repariert werden, obwohl ein Klempner schon 1x versucht hatte. Der Strand ist sauber aber man kann im Meer nicht angenehm schwimmen da der Boden nicht grade ist sondern mit große Steine vorhanden ist und das direkt in den ersten Metern. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant vergebe ich 10 Punkte die waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Otel doğası ve şekil açısından çok güzel. Yemekler çok lezzetli fakat yemek yemek için masa bulmak çok zor. Yemek kuyrukları çok uzun. İçecek kuyrukları çok yzun ve buz yok mesela. Yataklar inanılmaz kötü defalarca söyledik müdahele etmediler. Her sabah dayak yemiş gibi uyandık. 21 temmuz da giriş yaptık ve o günden itibaren bizden başka diğer müşteriler de hep kavga halindeydi. Bir daha asla gitmeyeceğim bir otel

Территория отеля большая, много зелени.Номера современные, расположены в нескольких двухэтажных корпусах, с балконами.Пляж собственный,песчаный, но вход в море тяжелый, потому что много камней.Для маленьких ребятишек не подойдет.Есть пирс, с которого можно спуститься сразу в море, но это только для взрослых.Огромный минус отеля - WI-FI есть только на рессепшен и иногда работает у бассейна, в номерах WI-FI нет.Питание разнообразное, всё очень вкусно, очередей практически нет.Рядом с отелем большой базар. Можно купить всё. Я бы поставила отелю хорошую "4".

The rooms are big, that is the only positive thing about this hotel. Upon arrival in the room it had an unpleasant smell that did not disappear after airing out the room. The rooms had no air-conditioning between 5am and 6pm during Turkish summer (35-38 degrees Celsius) and this was not advertised. The room I booked was advertised as air-conditioned. Hotels.com did nothing at all to help us, no reply, no customer service. Reception first tried to hide the fact, promising that a technician will come to check until after hours of waiting they admitted this is a recent change in hotel policy. They lied to me saying this is the same in all hotels in the area, ridiculous. The furnishing and bedding was old and used, of Youth Hostel standard without a real blanket. Given that the air-conditioning did not even cool the room at night, not even that sheet was needed. There is no Wifi in the rooms, not even those next to reception, something to be aware of. The main restaurant was extremely noisy and unpleasant, dirty at the tables as well as the buffet. The food was without exception disgusting. My son had diarrhea after the first meal. The beach is not nice for children and there is no sand. I can not recommend a stay at this property.

Проживали в отеле с 1 по 14 июля 2015 г. Все очень замечательно. Все понравилось! Отлично отдохнули! Дочка (4 года) в полном восторге, как и мы!!!
