The smell of the water was very bad when showering. The water pressure needed improving also. The breakfast that comes with the stay is very little needs big improvement almost nothing besides bagels, toast, cheap option of cereal and juice is orange or apple out of a jug from the grocery store. Hotel front desk no one is there majority of the time.

The room was clean, but outdated and certain spots needed repair like scruffs in the carpet. I found the bed to be super uncomfortable but I guess you get what you pay for.

Overall a decent motel and would recommend, as it was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a small refrigerator and microwave. All positive. However, travelers should be aware there is no elevator. As an older adult it would have been very difficult to get my things to the second floor using the stairs. Fortunately I had a young lady traveling with me that was able to help.

Very clean, friendly staff but the most horrific smelling sulfury water, ever. Had to brush my teeth with bottled water and no way we were going to shower. Maybe reverse osmosis?

Good size clean rooms! Quiet area. Staff is very friendly. There is not a guest laundry on sight but a pubic laundromat is within a block from hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

I stayed the whole Labor Day weekend with my mom & 2 kids and it was great! Room was clean hotel was clean. Me and my mom were nervous after looking at reviews but we both kinda know how people can be. Lol anyway, breakfast was reasonable, hot coffee orange and apple juice available. Prepacked breakfast options as well as toast and bagels. (Which we considered pretty reasonable given its free breakfast. We enjoyed it.) we didn’t get to use the pool but it’s not very big which we wouldn’t have cared anyway because my kids are small. But all your “go to spots” are literally 10 minutes away give or take. Downtown lake Geneva, Fontana Beach and others but those were the ones we visited. Then there’s grocery stores about 5 minutes away by drive which is very accommodating. If you’re looking for a lake view this wouldn’t be it, but it’s definitely reasonable when it comes to location. Everything is very close by vehicle. Walking distance I would say your best option is Dairy Queen. All in all great stay, I would come again! Very nice employees and super helpful during our stay. (Sorry for the lengthy review but I wish someone would have wrote something like this when I was looking at the hotel. 😂)

The towel I used was frayed and had a hole in it. There was a smell like air freshener that was just too much. It was clean, but definitely could use a bit more updating. For one night it was fine. Thought the breakfast would be more than a continental one.

Outside looked a little sketchy, old building with dated signs. There weren’t many cars when I checked in around 5:30 pm, but by 9, the parking lot was full. Inside had kind of an old smell but looked much better than the outside and was very clean. Room was as advertised. Tap water smelled a little eggy to me, but that might be a regional thing — I noticed at other buildings in public restrooms. Continental breakfast in the morning was adequate. The two-stars made me a little apprehensive, but once I got inside, I believed all of the excellent reviews. No, the building is not brand-new, but it’s well taken care of. And for the price, it’s a steal. Would stay again.

Very nice property reasonable price

Check-in was fine. There was nobody at the desk but came after we rang the bell. There's no elevator at this hotel so you have to take the steps to the second floor if that's your room is. The room was clean. However, the beds were a little lumpy and the pillows were Extremely hard and the pillowcases were pilly. usually you get shampoo, conditioner, and lotion and sample sizes but all we got was a small shampoo. Also, no Kleenex in the room it wasn't a big deal since we were just staying there after a wedding but for the price you pay you think that's the least you could get

Nice little spot to stay overnight. We enjoyed the outside area, and had a restful night.

This hotel look like a motel. How could you ask to rate service there is no service no one is at the front desk after 11 pm. There is absolutely nothing in this hotel. How dare they charge over 350.00 this is a terrible hotel it has absolutely nothing to offer!
