Property is under renovation. Pool closed until 2026......can walk up the hill from lot to Buc-ees....room was on front of property so we had some traffic noise but is was reasonable.

Staff was very nice. The property looks to be under restoration, room was incredibly clean has fridge and microwave. Unfortunately, the road next to it was incredibly loud 24/7.

It's fine for sleeping, it has the basics, breakfast doesn't offer many options.

Don't stay here. Wyndham sent me an email asking for all my information before I go there "to help my check-in go more quickly." Wyndham computers are not connected to the Days Inn owned my Mr Patel. I had to give the same information once I got there. The room was clean, but loud. There was a lot of traffic noice and sirens throughout the night. It looked old and a lot of things needed painting. My room number was held in place by blue painter's tape.

They are in process of renovating, mattresses were new but the ret of the room needed work. There was water in the bathroom floor when we arrived. We were late arriving so we didn’t complain just used a towel and dried it up. With those things said I’ll probably give them another chance staff was courteous and the rates were good.

The front of the hotel looks pretty good ezcept for the mountain of mattresses pilles up on the side of the building. Check in was easy and staff was nice. Bucees is literally 2 minutes from this location. The back of the hotel was horrendous and the room was gross. I couldnt even sleep there, i ended up sleeping in my car at Bucees.

Newer building. Noisy near the elevators. Handicapp room had loose and leaky plumbing. Broken shower chair....Dangerous!. No in room Microwave?? Morning staff was dismissive.

The guy when I checked in didn’t seem to care if I was there or not.

Room was great. They are renovating but didn’t bother us.

Room updated nicely. However evening staff quite rude. When asked for towels and pillows his response was "well house keeping put eniin through room earlier." I mentioned to him that there were 3 towels for 4 guests, and we each use 2 pillows instead of 1. He seemed discruntled. In the morning everyone at breakfast was treated to manager complaining to a guest about he booked the room. Also complaining about property owners loudly with multiple guests around.

Facilities: Very good location (close to highway exit/entrance). 24 mins from Pigeon Forge. Buc Ees is 1 min away from the hotel which was perfect. For proper dining options, a short 15-25 mins drive is all you need. Clean room/bathroom which is a must for us. Very good breakfast and fresh good coffee. Would definitely recommend it and we will return if is part of our next road trip's route. Didn't like: the person at the receiving desk when we arrived to do check in didn't have the attitude expected from a hotel front desk person. He wanted to use the phone while talking to us which is annoying and disrespectful. His tone was a full sleepy tone, yawning in front to of us, etc. Recommend re-training that staff on proper front desk attitude and procedure. After all, he is the first face we see when arriving to the hotel.

Staff received us with happy attitude and were very informative. Even while hotel is currently undergoing renovation and construction work, it was not disruptive for our sleep time. Didn't like: there was no hot water to our room. I informed front desk next day during checkout and discount was provided.

They are working on the building so the outside looked a little rough, but the room was very nice, updated and clean. A little hard to get into and out of because of a divider in the road so we had to do several u-turns, but overall a really nice stay and would stay here again!

The manager has a bad attitude. The first one the fridge didn't work. Then moved us to another then outlet by the ac doesn't stay plug in. One of the dresser was broken. The rug dirty and nasty

Was not able to check in at 3 due to rooms not ready. still not ready after 3:30 pm. Was not able to use pool. was not working. this was not on the website. Renovation was going on again not on the website. The TV was terrible. No list of channels and out dated. The bath tub was slippery. The hot water was not very hot . Not enough dresser space. A desk chair (really).

We only spent four nights there, but our sheets were never changed, nor the bed ever made. The only thing I could see that they did was to replace the towels and empty the one waste can. The security latch inside the door was broken, the bathroom door didn’t latch, and the bedside stand didn’t have a bottom in the drawer. Not what I expected from Days Inn. I can’t imagine staying at a Days Inn again.

It’s a nice motel. Next to a Buc-ees. We arrived during a shift change and it was a bit odd. The hotel is undergoing renovations, and the parking is congested due to materials and debris from the reno. It is a nice motel and will be great once the reno is complete.
