It was hard to find because the images online did not properly show the actual location. It is not the red building. It’s a street behind Not a real view. We got poor instructions on where to park on the street, had to go back then they told us there was a parking lot. When we arrived at our room, we were not at all pleased with the overly musty and stuffy smell. We don't think anyone had used it for a while and the shower was covered with a large amount of mold. We went down to talk about our concern about the bed the smell as well as the mold, we were not met with a very welcoming response. She was ready to measure the bed as we didn’t feel it was a queen, but that was beside the point. She didn’t seem to have any concerns about the other issues and we kept telling her that the bed wasn’t the real problem. She got her husband involved, when we brought the concerns about the mold and smell he openly admit that he knew about it but had not time to deal with it. They did move us to another room. It was a little better but still not to the standards described on site. The shower had mold in it as well not near the about in the first room but still concerning. We contacted Expedia who contacted them about a refund or discount. They told us they would only give it to us if we left. Unfortunately we were in the town for one night and on our honeymoon didn’t have time to find a new place to stay. They cared more about us writing a bad review then about us having a good experience.
