Un séjour en demi-teinte au bord de la mer ⭐⭐⭐ L'emplacement est indéniablement l'atout majeur de cet hôtel : la proximité de la plage et la vue sur la mer rendent le cadre agréable. Malheureusement, le séjour n'a pas été à la hauteur de toutes nos attentes. Côté chambre, la déception a été immédiate dès l'arrivée : nous avions réservé et payé une suite avec lit double, et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre équipée de trois lits jumeaux. Fatigués par le voyage et soucieux de préserver la sérénité de nos vacances, nous n'avons pas souhaité entamer des démarches auprès de la réception. Mais le fait de devoir faire ce choix-là, renoncer à faire valoir ses droits pour ne pas gâcher son séjour, en dit long sur le manque de rigueur de l'établissement dans la gestion des réservations. À cela s'ajoute un hôtel qui accuse clairement son âge : les parties communes, les couloirs et la chambre elle-même montrent des signes de vétusté évidents. Un rafraîchissement, serait plus que bienvenu pour être en adéquation avec les tarifs pratiqués. Un séjour sans véritable coup de cœur, avec une erreur à l'arrivée qui a mis d'emblée une ombre sur nos vacances. On s'attendait à mieux pour le prix affiché.

This hotel is wonderful, food drinks staff all great. Shoutout to some of the people that made our stay great Luis, Maria, Eva, the people of the reception. It is a little bit away from the center but the walk is pleasant.

Not enough for family’s and lacking in facilities and entertainment. Too far from town and beach was terrible not like the pictures

Meget støj på gangen når døre åbner og lukker. Personale ved morgenmad virkede stressede og havde intet overskud. Slidt hotel hvor billederne ikke var tilsvarende, nok lidt for meget Photoshop. Lever ikke op til 4 stjerner.

The hotel has a great location. Food was ok nothing special. The rooms are dated and need some maintenance. The staff try their best except it is amazing to me there was no free bottle water in the room or robe since it a spa hotel. My massage with Laura was great!

The housekeeping was excellent. There was a few problems with plumbing, firstly the sink leaked, then as the week went on the toilet wouldn’t flush,these problems were sorted very quickly, on the day of leaving the tap in the sink came off, we obviously reported it. The ongoing disappointment was the wardrobe didn’t have a hanging space for dresses or long coats,we ended up buying coat hangers and hanging them on pictures around the room

The hotel is excellent. The staff was very helpful.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms and good facilities. Fantastic position right on the beach with direct access. Walking distance to Estepona port. Evening entertainment was a little weak. Main breakfast buffet by 9.30 was total chaos. No crockery, no cleared tables, food not replenished. When brought to the attention of the staff they were completely unresponsive. Buffet dinner a little unimaginative.

Property not to large, rooms good size and with lifts . Variety of eating places. Food good quality. Soft drinks available pool side but coffee only in cafe. 25 minutes walk to Marina and other eateries. Reception very helpful in booking taxi’s and any needs . All staff hard working and friendly.

Me ha gustado mucho y el hotel esta muy bien.

Me encantó que tenga esa piscina y la playa también enfrente. El desayuno buffet super bueno y variadisimo. El personal muy amable siempre y dispuestos a ayudar. Las habitaciones de cortesía para ducharte en el último momento son un gran detalle. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Hade en junior svit - väldigt trevlig, enorm balkong med tre (!) dörrar. Enormt trevlig personal Vi hade frukost och middag inkluderat - mkt bra råvaror och goda prisvärda viner Några små problem, en balkong dörr gick inte att låsa, tätningen runt ytterdörren var borta så det lyste in och man ska vara medveten om att att stranden är ganska stenig men väldigt fint vatten.
