Portugal is stunning. The food at the hotel is excellent, especially the desserts. The pool was closed during my stay, only the spa was available. The welcome drink isn’t suitable for non-alcohol drinkers. Unfortunately, a housekeeper stole a necklace from my room. The music at the reception is repetitive and could use more variety. The interiors are gorgeous.

Lovely welcome back . Clean room and fairly spacious . Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good didn’t have any other meals at the hotel . Didn’t use pool or spa . Been back 3 times now so that must say something !

Clean room, staff were friendly. Hotel is located at the top of the hill of the town centre. The Spa didn’t have any availability unfortunately and the Pool was closed for the season. Breakfast was delicious! Shower in bathroom leaked all over floor, probably needs to be redone.

Very friendly staff. Hotell i s located with a view overlooking Tavira. Walking distance to everything in Tavira.

The property is in a great location . Great breakfast . The staff was always friendly and helpful. Clean efficient rooms , and a great rooftop terrace .

Our room needed updated, fridge was useless as it didn't go below 14 deg C even with the cabinet door open where the fridge was housed. Balcony door was really hard to slide open and didn't lock when closed. F

Staff was good The problem was a malfunctioning fire alarm going all night

Very responsive and kind staff. Excellent breakfast buffet, clean rooms with very comfy beds. Short walk into town and a great roof top bar. 3rd stay.

Perfect location, walk to old town and castle. Plenty of food choices. Wide selection at breakfast.

Excellent facilities, breakfast and location. Highly recommend. Only issue was one employee who worked in the dining room who started banging dishes, scowling and making a raucous almost the minute breakfast was over. Anywhere else, our experience is that staff would say that they are closing and inform patrons to get anything else they wanted before the out away the buffet. Nice walk from hotel to the old city. Would stay again.

The towel was like rags. Room had no iron. Safety deposit was antique and didn’t work. TV was very small and not smart.

Lovely well appointed Hotel and whilst we didn’t use the pool facilities both looked nice. Breakfast the next morning had a good selection of hot and cold food. We had access to the underground garage to securely store our bikes

Gute Lage. Hübsches Zimmer, tolle Bar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Wellnessbereich ist ein schöner Bonus. (Man muss nur unbedingt selbst Badeschlappen und einen Bademantel mitbringen.)
