It was loud and the property was poorly maintained.

I liked it was close to my work and the staff I came in contact with were nice and my blankets felt lushish.

This is a business trip so we appreciate a clean, safe and comfy room. The management is very attentive and cares about the details of this well run hotel. It is definitely a value.

It was very clean and updated. It is a very good stay for your money!

I did not like the fact that I had to re register as guest because, my registration was cancelled at 1700 on the day of my check in by Expedia. I was not given an adequate explanation, and I was informed that I should have called before 1500 to confirm that I was checking in. None of this was in writing in the booking instructions. i do not plan on using Epedia and I will not reccommend.

These folks are running a scam. Agreed to a 108 price with hotels.com the property immediately called and said it was an error they were sold out but they could upgrade me to a fancier room at a rate of 125 TOTAL. IT WAS SPECIFIED. They then proceeded to charge me nearly $400 at check-in and at checkout guaranteed me that all the funds would be straightened out. In the end they charge me $151 for the room and I am left feeling robbed. PS crap room hot tub was out of order lol terrible people I asked them in person to refund me just the $25 and they refused and smiled at me when they told me that I could dispute the charge but that they would win. I want these people out of my town

My guests did not like. I carpet. Floor dirty. Very thin walls so noisy

They had no hot breakfast, the vending machine was broken, the room was filthy and had not been cleaned (hair on the bed under the covers, floor filthy) smelled like curry, family fighting in room next to us.

The nice thing is the location of the place. Close to strip malls with shopping and dining. Everything else is poor in my opinion. Room was dirty. Pleather seat was deteriorating. Cobwebs in the corners of the room. Coffee machine in the room had caked up residue in the water compartment. The promised breakfast area was not open by 730am. Front desk staff was unavailable for checkout at 730am. Im suprised the Wyndham put their name on this one.

The TV remote should work correctly. Period It should work from the distance at the head of the bed. The guest should NOT have to leave the bed, and stand close to the TV in order to turn it on or off. The TV remote should work correctly. Period.

Close to family .. convenient. Comfortable.

We stayed for business. The room was clean and the beds were comfy.

The staff were helpful, but the facilities were not the best. It was quite old and did not appear the cleanest.

the room was filthy, don't know the last time it was cleaned. Hair Dryer didn't work. On the first day, the room wasn't even entered by the maid. Towels on the floor etc. Trash cans were not emptied. The continental bfst was poor at best. (white bread, power bars corn flakes (very few), and coffee.) Sign said 6:30-9:30 AM, but it didnt open till 7. It is inconsistent with the Wyndham. I am staying at the Best western the rest of this week. This place does not deserve to be part of your chain.

Window didnt lock, there was a stick in the jam. Smelled like stinky feet. The lady who worked there did not speak ANY english. The cable box was disconnected which i fixed by re connecing the HDMI on a tv that was wall mounted with wood frame around it blocking ports.
