Absolutely wonderful. All staff were outstanding - the reception people, the consierge, the breakfast staff who remembered our coffee order from day to day. Outstanding dinner at the restaurant. Just 5 star all around

El Hotel está hermoso, tiene 4 opciones de comida, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, las personal de conserge siempre muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. El personal del café del recibidor, o restaurante informal, muy amables y serviciales. En general el personal de restaurantes muy amables y el hotel especialmente bello.

We arrived at around 1 p.m., but unfortunately, there was a mix-up with Expedia/Hotels.com — the hotel hadn’t been informed of my Platinum status. As a result, early check-in wasn’t offered initially, and we were asked to return at 2 p.m. At the front desk, Antonella was very helpful and even made a few calls to our previous hotel to help retrieve a lost item. Alessandro, the Front Desk Manager, handled the situation professionally and turned the experience around, even though the issue wasn’t the hotel’s fault. When we returned at 2 p.m., the room was still not ready, and we waited until around 2:30 p.m. before being shown to our suite. Rooms Our first suite (Room 123) was spacious, nicely decorated with elegant panelling, a marble bathroom, and a large bed. However, the view was of the building’s roof structure, which was disappointing. We requested a change and were moved to Room 320, also a suite, with a much better view of the surrounding area. The second suite was slightly smaller — essentially two standard rooms combined — but still comfortable and tastefully designed. Alessandro kindly sent a bottle of champagne to our room as a gesture of goodwill, which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast Breakfast is served in the lovely Villa Corinthia restaurant, which offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Lovely building with excellent facilities. All of the staff were attentive and very polite. Food was very good with a varied choice. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were in a Deluxe room which was very spacious and had its own balcony. Although out of town, a free shuttle bus was available to take you to Valletta and return later in the day.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond with their services. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it. The staff is very professional and they remembered not just simply our names but also our preferences pertaining each and every aspect of our stay to the point they constantly anticipated our requests (from how we liked our breakfast and food to spa treatments or use of facilities, and even asking about some of our daily routines). All this while the hotel was fully booked and full of people. The other aspect is that despite it being fully booked, it didn't feel busy at all due to the vast spaces available for guests to stay and relax to the wise and wide timing schedules they adopt.

All of the Restaurant Staff From Villa Corinthia and Secret Garden were all so attentive and accomodating. It shows hiw much they love what they are doing. The Front Desk Staff not so much, we have a 2 PM check in but our luggages were left in the morning because the room was ready and once the room became available they were Not Able to Anticipate of bringing our luggages in the room. We came from a 14 hours flight and of course we want to freshen up, but we waited and waited for more than 30 minutes until we are almost dozing off and one of us has to go back down to retrieve the luggages. Rooms are clean and amenities are top notch including the Athenaeum Spa.

Immaculate condition

The room was clean but felt a little bit dated. All staff were excellent, friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast room was fantastic, good food and great service.
