Sehr grosses Zimmer mit grossem Balkon. Sauber und ruhig. Schöne Aussenanlage mit Pool. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Excellent place to stay, comfortable bed and very friendly and helpful staff. Great location only a short bus ride to the railway station and into the centre. Ticino ticket is available for free travel in the whole area! Brilliant hotel! Thanks, Jimmy and Gwyneth

Great hotel but a large construction crane obscures a wonderful view from pool and dining area.

I was incredibly surprised to find such a gem in Lugano. ALLthe staff (front desk, restaurant, gym, spa) were warm and welcoming and most important competent. The rooms are sparse but super clean and functional apartments. I enjoyed the spa services and products as well as the gym classes. The restaurant was the biggest surprise- should have a Michelin star. Excellent food, presentation and knowledgable and attentive staff. The view is gorgeous- i fact we saw an end to end rainbow one day after a storm from mountain to lake. Sorta sums up the place. Very intimate and special.

Sehr schöne Aussicht, richtig zum Entspannen, schöne saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, nette , hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, genügend Parkplätze kosten Fr. 15.-20.-/Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder hier her, falls die Preise nicht allzu fest steigen.... Haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Mycket trevligt hotell med fin utsikt över Lugano. Frukosten ok, men medelmåttig. Stora fina rum. Mycket trevlig personal. Hade tyvärr inte möjlighet att prova spa men det såg mycket trevligt och fräscht ut.

Excellent breakfast choices and responsive staff. I lost my phone and the staff helped me communicate with someone who found it. The room had a magnificent view. We had dinner in the ristorante and the meal was creative and delicious. The staff are friendly and shared interesting information.

Parken war schwierig da Auffahrt sehr eng war. Haben uns da Felge kaputtgefahren

Hotel très calme avec vue sur Lugano et à 10 mn à pied de la gare. Chambre confortable spacieuse, très bonne literie, et propre. Espace spa séparé homme/femme, dommage ! Belle terrasse ensoleillée avec chaises longues. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse très agréable mais les produits sont basics et les plats ne sont pas chauds, c'est dommage. Carte du Tessin pour circuler en bus très pratique pour remonter de la ville.

Café da manhã não era ruim,porém poucas opções, isso foi o único ponto que me decepciono ,de resto tudo muito bom.

Frühstück ok aber nichts besonderes, Park sehr sehr schön, Gebäude renovationsbedürftig, Zimmerausstattung aus den 1980er und in entsprechendem Zustand mit abgewohnten IKEA Möbeln ergänzt … sehr schade wäre ansonsten ein schöner Ort den man empfehlen könnte

Zimmer war neu renoviert.neue moderne möbel mit viel stau raum uberal. Sehr sauber.sehr ruhig.schöne teppich aufem boden.gut functionierende klima anlage.einfach top. Ein riesen verbesserung mit leztes jahr

The room was terrible and need's renovation urgent. A Heating like in the 70th. The included breakfast is like in B&B Hotel, if the guest wants omlett must pay 9CHF. And in the room was a cockeroach which my dog tried to eat. The staff was OK. The fasade looks like the houses in communism. I would recomment this location with 6,0.

La chambre ne correspondait pas vraiment à la réservation que nous avions faite. En tout cas elle n’avait rien à voir avec les photos sur le site, mais elle était très bien très bon accueil et quelle magnifique ville
