Correu tudo bem até ao PA, quando chegamos à sala, por volta das 10h15m, (Domingo o PA termina às 10h30m) o casal de funcionários, basicamente ignorou a nossa chegada, não tinham nenhuma mesa preparada, fiquei confuso, perguntei e confirmaram a jora do PA, perguntei já com o prato na mão em que mesa nos poderíamos sentar, a resposta vou já preparar uma, mas continuando a limpar só as mesas e nós com os pratos com comida na mão, perguntei quanndo e se seria necessário wxplicar eu como fazer esse trabalho, inacreditável

Tudo decorreu como previsto. Bom hotel de negócios.

Overall good. Bathrooms could use some care. We asked front desk to replace the showerhead...it wasnt done during our trip of being there for 4 days.

Voltei ao hotel pelo atendimento da vez em que nos hospedamos anteriormente e por estar a 10 minutos do aeroporto. Dessa vez tivemos a condição de observar detalhes que podem melhorados, exemplo: pagar caução para retirada de toalhas? Por que não colocar um cartão que troca por uma toalha e o o processo inverso ocorre na devolução, visando criar uma boa experiência para os hospedes?

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. But other guests made such a racket all afternoon and evening hours, not stopping until midnight. It was impossible to sleep. It sounded like they were renovating the room above us. Can’t say I’ll come here again.

A really excellent business and leisure hotel with a great restaurant, a beautiful pool, friendly efficient staff, and pretty much everything just like you'd expect from a high-quality brand.

Un buen hotel si quieres estar alejado del centro y aparcar con comodidad. Llegar a cualquier punto de la ciudad es sencillo. Sitios para desayunar y comer en las cercanias. Supermercado y kFC a 1 min.

Amazing friendly staff, AC that worked like magic and needed due to a recent heat wave, and a simple but great pool that actually was warm enough to enjoy.

We checked in to a nice room. We found a leaflet that warned us to always use the safe, not answer the door, lock our suitcases etc etc. Ironically the safe didn't work and they couldn't fix it. So they moved us to a different room which was a lot smaller. Staff were nice enough but no adjustment/compensation offered.

Hotel was very nice and staff friendly. Pool large, but unfortunately wasn’t open for the season at this time. Very limited food/attractions in area. Long drive to tourist area, but drive to airport quick.

Check in e check out fácil e descomplicado. Funcionários atenciosos, hotel limpo, confortável e silencioso. Oferece estacionamento o que ajuda muito oara quem está de carro.

Hard matress was like camping and sleeping on the ground.

Great spot to stay. Glad we had a car because it was not close to a lot of things we wanted to see.

We are so happy with our choice. Every aspect of our stay was pitch perfect. We asked a ton of questions, and were given thoughtful & accurate answers. Breakfast service was always fresh & the staff were champions in my opinion. We will definitely visit again in future trips to Portugal.

A older hotel but very clean. It is also affordable since Lisbon downtown and oriente areas are way over priced. This hotel isn't that far from the airport.
