Staff were all lovely, food was pretty good from all restaurant hotels, overall great stay

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel with great facilities and restaurants. The executive lounge variety of food and relocation is not as good but the staff are still very friendly. Lots of construction in the bay area and heavy pneumatic drilling opposite the hotel is currently annoying.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in St Julian's, close to St George's Bay. Its location is ideal – near plenty of restaurants, shops, and amenities, yet far enough from the main party areas to avoid late-night noise and disturbances. There is some ongoing construction work in the local area, which can cause occasional noise and minor travel disruption, although this is outside the hotel's control. The pools and lido area are excellent and were a highlight of our stay. However, these facilities are also accessible to non-residents, and access did not appear to be actively monitored, which sometimes made them feel busier than expected. Overall, while the hotel offers good facilities, service, and a convenient location, it feels more like a strong 4-star property than a true 5-star hotel. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Die Unterkunft bietet 4 Pools (einer davon für Kleinkinder), und Strand ( haben wir aber nicht besucht, er könnte felsig sein, einen Spa, Friseur, 4 Restaurants, und drei weitere in direkter Nähe, ein Reise/ Aktivitäten-Buchungsmöglichkeit. Die Speisen sind sehr reichhaltig und zum größten Teil sehr gut. Diesmal waren wir nur zu zweit und für drei Tage vor Ort, aber wir werden mit der Familie wiederkommen

Alles in einem ein super tolles Hotel!

The hotel is beautiful and has a great style, it is a bit dated but it was clear that they are upgrading the rooms. We had a junior suite, which was spacious, with a comfy bed however the bathroom was very dated, you could smell mould and the drains, which was pretty bad. The room was clean, we experienced good service, breakfast buffet was also nice. Great selection of pools and restaurants in the area. One bug downside was the amount of construction around the hotel, the noise and the dust. However we enjoyed our time.

35-årigt men super vedligeholdt hotel. Dejlige værelser med aircondition, der faktisk virker og ikke larmer. Service over al forventning på alle niveauer. Virkelig lækker morgenmadsbuffet (incl. Cava) kan absolut anbefales!!

Fantastic hotel in a wonderful setting. First class staff in every department- nothing was too much trouble. The restaurants on site are outstanding- The Caviar and Bull and Terragon by Sole are wonderful with high end dining and eating on the terrace is very special. The Spa is equally good. No negatives at all- a wonderful hotel and a wonderful stay. The staff at the poolside Oasis work tirelessy all day in the sun with a smile on their faces. Very good breakfast and plenty of tables in and outdoor. 4 or 5 pools to suit all ages.Excellent and we will definitely return.

Excellent facilities and friendly helpful staff

The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The rooms although tired were very clean and were cleaned almost every day. The hotel has a great relaxing atmosphere which I really enjoyed and having service round the pool was another plus. The breakfast had loads of different options and staff could not be more inviting. The amount of different restaurants in the hotel was also a plus. All in all I would book this hotel again

They were incredibly friendly at the hotel and provided great service. The downside was that the air conditioning was very noisy, so it couldn’t be used during the night. The key cards were easily demagnetized, so they often didn’t work.

A great hotel at the St. George Bay. Wonderful pool and spa area, great restaurants, rooms and a fantastic breakfast on the terasse. It is around 5 walking minutes from party area of St. George Bay and the shops but calm. Presently are some constructions under was in the area but they have never disturbed. The Hip on and Hip off buses stop just next to the hotel. A great place to relax.

This hotel has probably the most friendly staff we have ever experienced yes there is a lot of building going on in the area but the staff and facilities outweigh that negative
