Staff were friendly. Some Rooms being upgraded. My room was clean. I would stay there again. Not sure my wife would like it yet. But for single it was great for me.

This is was my second time to Majestic Colonial and will be a third time as well. I had so much fun with my friends and all the people they there are amazing. I can’t mention all of them because they are to much but starting from the bartenders specially Domingo, the waiters, the chefs in the kitchen, the managers in the restaurant and beach and specially Cristina to the beach area, she was amazing. I have so much good things to say and would be enough. Thank you everyone, see you guys soon.

Great resort, all the restaurant and entertainment staff were generally very nice and friendly but the cleaning staff and room service workers had a terrible attitude and were very rude.

The food is very good with 7 restaurants and options to choose. I love the hotel activities and overall the service was excellent. I loved the details like the room decoration, the free champagne, whiskey and ron, and all the beversge and snacks included in the room.

This property is a 10 out of 10! The property is very very clean and well kept. Customer service is excellent even if they don’t speak your language they go above and beyond to accommodate and make you feel welcome. Our butler Enrique was amazing and made sure he was there at our beck and call and if he wasn’t there he made sure someone assisted us when needed. I can’t say enough about how clean this property is and how they take pride in the upkeep of the resort, even the little details. Visit this property and I promise if you’re meticulous like me you will not be disappointed!

This was my second time visiting the resort. I first came last year with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. During our stay, I video-called our 7-year-old daughter to show her the beautiful beach. She was so amazed that she asked to go for her 8th birthday—and that’s exactly what we did! This year, we brought both of our kids to celebrate their birthdays, and they absolutely loved every moment. They didn’t want to leave! The entire staff was incredible—special thanks to Candela, Marlin, Sarah, and Carolina, as well as everyone else we interacted with. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back—with the whole family next time!

My husband and I stayed at the Majestic Colonial for a whole week to celebrate my birthday, and we had a great week. Majestic is a huge resort (which I loved it ) ! with everything you may need to have a blast vacation …. We stayed at the Adults Only area, and our suite had a perfect location! close to the beach, which by the way it was beautiful, close to the Seafood and Rodeo restaurant, and I can clearly see the beach from our balcony. The property is very very well maintained, everywhere you pass by is immaculate, the suite, the restaurants, the beach, the restrooms all over the resort. The food is absolutely delicious. My husband ALWAYS tip the bartenders for our drinks, and our reward for that tip are amazing cocktails😉😉. And the staff…. every body there was willing to assist you with a big smile. On the Only Adults Area they assign you a butler, we had Enrique as our butler, and he did an amazing job assisting my husband on preparing my birthday celebration ! Because we stayed the whole week, we were able to participate on awesome activities like The White Party on the beach, The Foam Party on the main pool, those are activities that you might miss if you are staying just a few nights, because they don’t do them daily, Of Course !! Do yourself a favor and book at the Majestic, you will have a fantastic holiday !! We just came back home last week, and we are already planning to go back, now as family …

The moment you arive at Magestic Colonial Punta Cana you are greeted with a wet wash cloth and a cool, tropical drink. The staff is eager to assist with your luggage, check-in, scheduling reservations in restaurants, scheduling excursions or simply helping in anyway they can. We stayed in an Ocean View Junior Suite with a Jacuzzi. The room is very nice and spacious. The bed is extremely comfortable. The view is breathtaking! The many restaurants are plentiful with a large variety of options. I highly recommend the steak at the Chop House and the Japanese Hibachi restaurant. The breakfasts every morning provide anything you can imagine. The fresh fruits, crepes and omelets were amazing! There are bars wherever you look. They are very generous with their alcohol, it is NOT watered down. In the outside bar, we met the nicest bartender named Domingo that was truly one of the best we've ever met. He remembered our names and our drinks. He had excellent recommendations and surpassed our expectations. He was simply phenomenal! We were there every night to watch the wild parrots fly in for the night. Best memories ever! The beach is very nice. There are plenty of beach chairs for everyone both near the ocean or by the pool. There is entertainment near the beach and near the pool in the staff who engage dancing, yoga, and games. This resort truly has the nicest, most helpful staff I've ever encountered. From the waiters, waitresses, bartenders, housekeeping, retail, EXCELLENT!

A great spot for vacations, honeymoons, birthdays, or just a simple getaway! Staff was wonderful and very helpful! Can’t wait to go back!!! :)

The property need some upkeep. Food was very good & the staff was very friendly, fun & great overall!!!

Service was nice, room was clean but old. Restaurants were ok same food every day and night! Favorite was Ma+suri highly recommend it. Ac in room wasn’t cold enough for my like. Shows and dancers were amazing.

I loved almost everything, the staff was wonderful especially Crismailyn who worked at several of the bars. She was outstanding, we would actually search for her because we liked her so much. Henry was a great Butler he tried to meet all our needs and kept in contact with us everyday. The only downside was the restaurants there was not enough and the quality of food was not what I typically got at other Majestic resorts.

Staff was great! Shout out to Danny our butler, Beroni our attendant at our Oasis Experience and Leo... the massage therapist who saved our trip with a massage that mended my strained back. Property was generally nice. The beach, pools, spa, restaurants and our room were very clean and tidy. A little worn around the edges but, not bad. The food was decent and the drinks were great. Loved the club house to grab a water or a quick snack (and visit the cats). Only issues... a terrible smell near the chapel (I wouldn't have been able to sit through a Mass) and it was quite difficult to walk through, it took over two hours to check in and we were given a room with separate beds (we were celebrating our 30th Anniversary so it was a bit weird). These issues did not ruin our stay. We had a really nice time!

Had an amazing time at the Majestic Colonial. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Plenty of activities and pools to relax at. Room was beautiful and fully stocked. One thing that I would recommend is having a smoking area and nonsmoking areas. Food was good with a number of restaurants to choose from. Overall vacation was wonderful.

The accommodation were great.

The resort itself was very classy and felt like an authentic experience, it felt organic. The layout was fantastic and there was soo much offered just at the resort. Negative: We saw some cockroaches which was disgusting and I'm quite sensitive and picky, but despite that it made it to a 5 for me. What was offered and the feel there was just that good. Strongly recommend to do something about cockroaches, but from a hospitality point of view it matched ludicrously expensive hotels I stayed it.
