I had a very nice room, it was an upgrade and a really good size. The staff were very kind to me.

Malheureusement le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur de ce magnifique hôtel . On a vraiment eu l’impression de les déranger du Check-in au check-out en passant pas le Spa . Dommage car l’hôtel est très beau .

Only negative was high hotel restaurant prices so we eat out. Lots of great options. Plus no coffee machine or kettle in the room.

Room well appointed and super clean. Good amenities. Upgraded to lake view which is lovely. Staff very friendly.

Parfait pour visiter Stresa et les îles, le spa est super.

El hotel es antiguo, no tenía aire acondicionado activado, no te ofrecen botella de agua como complemento en la habitación, tampoco café o té , el esatacionamiento lo cobran 20 Euros por la estadía y después del Checkout son 3 Euros la hora, si vas a visitar las islas demorarás 6 horas es decir 18 Euros más . Lo que sí, el desayuno es muy bueno, aunque los mozos un poco descorteses .

The hotel is beautiful. The location gave us options for relaxing, restaurants, and walking distance to shopping. Outdoor pool/bar, breakfast, atmosphere was great made better by the staff who are super friendly and helpful.

Great stay

Just spent three nights in this beautiful hotel, visually stunning with lovely gardens and a pool. It’s perfectly located for. 4 minute stroll into Stresa town centre for lots of bars and restaurants. You can catch a ferry to the Borromean Islands just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choice and a beautiful setting.

The Regina Palace is a hotel from bygone days of classic architecture with huge imposing rooms with lots of style. The service from the staff in all areas was exceptional, friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

bed comfprt was poor king sixe bed was 2 sinlges ut togetrher with a gap in between and beds were not very comfy but the hotel was beautuiful nad wonderful staff tried to be hel fulo

Preis-\Leistung nicht OK. Total veraltet und sehr kleine Zimmer, noch kleineres Bad. Sogar stilles Wasser muss bezahlt werden.

Tutto bello e stupendo ma il letto matrimoniale era fatto da due materassi che si dividevano e non di ottima qualità perché ho accusato male alla schiena avendo fatto due notti a 520€ circa. Il parcheggio costa 20€ al giorno.
