Super spacious rooms, amazing attention to detail, pools beautiful and stunning views. The food was a very high standard, especially the breakfast and the pizza evening was excellent.

Beautiful location and facilities. The apartment we stayed in was good but I little dark. Staff were almost all excellent one or two less helpful. Not very nice to see staffs dogs being taken to do dog business on the tennis court the day we were planning to play tennis. Not a good look. Staff around main pool excellent.

The hotel is beautiful, in a wonderful position. No beaches. Rooms great. Breakfast good, no omelettes on offer! Staff very friendly and helpful

Lovely hotel, breakfast, pool area. Service/communication lets the place down. Example - requested to leave from at 1pm - agreed, called them back to ask someone to collect luggage at 1pm, then told needed to leave at 12pm, changed mind and said we could leave at 1pm, returned to room at 12.30pm and the cleaner was in there stripping the bed... We arrived at the restaurant for dinner at 7, asked for table, told they were full but with hesitation said they would fit us in at 7.45. Returned at 7.45 and the restaurant was less than 50% occupied all evening. Waitress was untrained - put our bread directly on the table.

Five star resort! Worth the extra cost to feel so well looked after in a well placed place. Beautiful pools, good breakfast and restaurant, excellent service and spa/gym plus more. Close to Fiskardo (free shuttle in). Perfect for couples and extra special occasions.

My 3rd visit a truly exceptional hotel - stunning views, excellent location & beautiful beach 2 minute walk. The pools are just fabulous and shuttle bus to fiskardo excellent (15 min walk as alternative) … one of my favourite places…

The actual hotel was lovely and the location excellent. The ladies at breakfast and who served in the reception bar were also 5*. Unfortunately the service at the pool bar did not live upto our expectations when booking. We are three times and on all occasions the orders were wrong and in one instance our meal at dinner took 3 hours to arrive, with no apologies. The staff around the pool had no urgency, they definitely needed the ladies down there to sort them out.

Comfortable rooms, excellent pool, gym, tennis court. Food perfectly good but enjoyed eating elsewhere in Fiskardo too.

This is a lovely place to stay just make allowances for the slightly chaotic state of the reception. Otherwise the restaurant is lovely with great food, enormous portions. The swimming pools are wonderful and beautifully set up. We didn’t visit the spa so can’t comment. Fiskardo is a charming village to visit with regular shuttles from the hotel.
