I would like to thank Linda at the reception, very helpful, professional yet so funny. Her help Made our stay in Reims (with a little baby boy) way easier and beautiful.

Le jour même de mon arrivée, le personnel m’informe que je n’ai pas payé le petit-déjeuner. Or, après vérification, il reconnaît qu’il s’agissait d’une erreur de sa part. En montant dans ma chambre (n°114), mon badge ne fonctionnait pas : j’ai donc dû redescendre à la réception pour le faire reprogrammer. Le jour de mon départ, un autre membre du personnel m’annonce qu’il me reste 78 € à régler. Je lui indique que tout a déjà été payé, et après vérification, il confirme à nouveau une erreur de leur part. Je précise que ce ne sont pas les mêmes personnes, mais dans les deux cas, il s’agissait d’hommes. Enfin, lorsque j’ai voulu récupérer la facture après avoir payé les taxes de séjour, on m’a indiqué un problème d’imprimante. J’ai donc demandé à ce qu’elle me soit envoyée par e-mail. Bref, une accumulation d’erreurs. Une expérience que je ne souhaite pas renouveler.

Bra läge i centrala Reims. Dock ett gammalt och rätt slitet hotell, men vi var bereda på det i och med det låga priset. Väldigt sköna sängar!

It was ok, the staff were very helpful, as we were given the wrong room to begin with but the receptionist helped by finding a room which would suit us better. I booked two superior twin rooms online and paid in advance, unfortunately, we were given one twin and a small double. The hotel was fully booked but the receptionist found us a twin after a small wait. We didn’t have breakfast so I cannot comment on this. It had a smell of cigarette smoke in our room even though it was a non smoking room. For an overnight stay on our way home to the UK it was adequate and had convenient underground parking right by.

Average hotel in the center of things. Very easy to access from the train station. The breakfast was not the best in the world but fresh. I don’t think there is parking as it’s located on a pedestrian street, although there is a public parking garage under that street.

The rooms are not similar as advertised on the website, the beds are way smaller. The lightning is terrible, like hospital rooms, no plug for your phone charger next to the bed and it is very noisy, especially when other quest close the doors. I have mentioned my complaints to the front desk, but they couldn’t offer me a room that was aligned with the pictures in the site. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

There was no way to drive to the hotel, it’s only accessible on foot. We were not informed of this or provided any instructions for parking. The website says they have English speaking staff, but they did not. We called 3 times during the 90 minutes + we were trying to find it, and the person at the desk could not help at all. Once we finally found the hotel, it was comfortable and a nice walkable location for one night in Riems.

Très bien situé, petit déjeuner copieux. La décoration et le choix des couleurs sont de bons goût.

The hotel is located close to the Reims centre train station. It was great if you are traveling by train. Very walkable location - great dining options. We arrived earlier, so we had to store our luggage at the hotel till the check in time at 3. The room was smaller than we expected, but very clean. The shower stall was very small too. Breakfast was very tasty. Staff was very friendly.

Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé au cœur de la ville. Equipe très sympathique et disponible.

Convenable, mais ne vaut pas son prix

Despite being listed as a full accessible property, this hotel is NOT wheelchair accessible. There is a step into the front foyer, that we managed to navigate and hoped it would be the end of our problems, but upon checking in, the receptionist greeted us with ‘there is a problem, there is no lift’, despite it being listed on Expedia that there is. Luckily, but also worryingly, she was able to promptly secure us a room in an accessible hotel across the street, but as the receptionist didn’t seem flustered by the situation at all, it suggests to me that it has happened before. PLEASE UPDATE THIS HOTEL LISTING WITH THE CORRECT ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION! Also, this hotel does not have or offer parking. There is a public car park very close by, but it cost us 17 euros for 12 hours, so again, not what is in the listing.

Good location in the city centre of Reims. Close to shops and restaurants.

Superb location. A 4 star bathroom in a nice 3-star room. Excellent staff and nice breakfast.

Easy to reach from train station. Convenient. Very nice front desk.

Prima wel kleine kamers

Welcoming reception staff, clean room and comfortable beds were all very nice. However our air con did not work and was constantly on hot which meant we had to turn it off. Breakfast bar was situated in over crowded narrow hallway making the experience quite unpleasant. There also was not much selection available. On our first morning we were not given cutlery and plates and even after asking for it we were not given the full set. On our second day when we saw how full the room was, we decided to get out out for our breakfast.

Localisation très pratique. Hôtel pas cher, chambre propre mais le personnel est loin d’être professionne, pas accueillant du tout et très peu sympathique. Parfum très très prononcé dès l’entrée à l’hôtel ce qui rend l’attente à l’accueil désagréable et suffocant.
