A Solo Birthday Trip to Remember! I recently stayed at Vedema Luxury Collection Resort in Santorini for a solo birthday trip, and it was an unforgettable experience! Though I was initially anxious because my best friend couldn’t join me, the staff made sure I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. Despite arriving late at 9 pm, George at the front desk gave me a quick tour of the property and set the tone for my stay. When I got to my room, I was greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine, a dessert, and a thoughtful note thanking me for choosing Vedema for my special trip. It was such a sweet touch! The breakfast, which was included, was exceptional every morning. Michael ensured I never felt alone by checking in and making great suggestions for activities both on and off the property. He was truly outstanding! My room was incredibly spacious, and I used the private hot tub every day – it was a highlight of my stay. The only slight issue was that I had to call the front desk to get my room cleaned, despite leaving the sign on the door. However, once I mentioned it, the staff quickly sent someone to take care of it. All in all, this experience was one I’ll treasure forever. I’m already planning to make this an annual trip!

Location is away from the crowd in a charming traditional village. Very good service and wonderful breakfast.

Me encanto el hotel lo q no me agradó fue q mis habitaciones eran los 2 extremos del lugar aunado a q parece laberinto y mi habitacion me la tardaron en aaignar. Ademas de q para llegar a ella pasaba por un almacen que tenia las botellas llenas de agua (q ponen en las habitaciones) estaban en el piso en una caja y asolenandose...

Staff service and the property condition excellent.

Wonderful stay! The staff and concierge went above and beyond to make accommodations for our stay. Communication top notch. We stayed in the 1 bedroom Villa ocean view which was a beautiful room. The only thing to be aware of is it is a kid friendly hotel and the rooms are adjoining with thin walls. Our first two nights we were pretty jet lagged and was attempting to sleep in but there was a 3ish year old child next door who started the day at 6:30am with not an inside voice and enjoyed the private pool very much. Can’t blame a kid for being a kid so this was not a consideration for the rating just know that there are adult only places in Santorini if quiet and relaxation is a priority.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the stylish Vedema. The hotel is located, right in the heart of the charming village of Megalochori and our room was lovely with gorgeous balcony and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Food and drink was very expensive, but the included breakfast buffet was exceptional

I like the typical Greek village feel of the property, and close proximity to the village square.

This hotel management is terrible. We vould not make it ti check in due to passport issues and simoly requested for credit to use at a different time. They were extremely difficult to deal with and refused. We will never recoomend

Megalochori is the most adorable,authentic, quiet slice of Santorini. It sits away from the crowds of Fira and Oia but close enough to explore the sunsets and nightlife. Vedema is simple luxury. The staff is incredibly attentive arranging every detail of our romantic trip ! The breakfast is decadent, the pool is beautiful,and the entire ambience is soulful and serene. I give a 10 out of 10 to this quaint yet elegant jewel of the Aegean !!!!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of September. The service here is excellent and we were well cared for with any of the questions we had. They arranged dinner reservations, catamaran reservations, transportation, etc. all without any issues. They also made excellent recommendations for dinner in the local town. I loved this little town where the hotel is located and bought many souvenirs from the local shops. There are three wineries very close by with one being right in town. The wines are all very good. The gentleman taking care of the pool bar were wonderful to us and very fun to chat with. My only complaint was the firmness of the beds. Very, very firm. I had to schedule a massage to work out some kinks and my masseuse at the hotel was fabulous.

Amazing stay. Staff was wonderful, they went above and beyond, and our villa was beautiful!
